I always had these OBE since childhood and thought they were normal. I told people about it and they thought I was nuts , or did not understand what I was saying . So I keep to myself and still astral travel today. Very cool and amazing.

I started astral Projection by accident in 2015. I never knew it existed until it happened to me. I thought I was dying. I have done it several times on purpose now, but I can't do it everytime. It often times happens still when I don't try.

Does cannabis effect the chances of me experiencing this? I enjoy smoking and I feel like it decreases the chance due to me falling asleep being more likely, but I also assume that maybe it edges me closer to being in harmony with the correct frequencies but I haven't got a clue lol. Be nice if someone has an answer to this that could help a fellow Astral friend out. Much love all

It seems to me that the energy universe is not only huge but umptedictable, so (for me) I feel I must have a purpose Intention, not to go completely open without a definite intention. Well, it seems that to me {today - it may change tomorrow :) Another thing, somehow I feel that to learn to be 'centered' not necessarily 'grounded'. I try to always be 'centered' - 'grounded' is contrary to energy travel

@@mhartmaker From all the research I have done, and that amounts to hundreds and hundreds of hours, I have never seen any source describing the spirit body returning to the physical because of an audible noise. It's always the person thinking about their body or their silver cord tugging at them. It sounds like he was awaken from a dream.

Any advice to get started, so far unsuccessful trying to keep an open mind however a lifetime of Christian conditioning makes it hard to trust.

It as nothing to do with Christian conditioning blocking it .. most of the astral travels i experienced unwillingly by that i mean ( it happened on its own). I also experienced christian conditioning through out my life but still astral travel.. usually other places .. the last experience i got was actually more like lucid dream and really much connected to unconditional love and light ..
