The beauty of indie games is that there really isn't a "crunch" culture surrounding them, meanwhile with large games studios they HAVE to get a game out by a certain time. That's why I never blame a dev of a studio for a game being subpar, as it's usually the higherups (not saying you were, I just like to yap)

Rambley's been alone in the park for almost long enough to watch a whole all-games FNaF speedrun vod. The design for Mollie's Landing Pad feels like such a liminal space. The buttons on 4 foot steel panels, the massive scale of the place yet most of it is inaccessible, the shipping container doors and block puzzles. It doesn't feel real, which fortunately kinda adds to the unsettlingness. 26:45 I've never seen anyone encounter this 'You remember me, right?' voice line, nor is it listed on the wiki or in line compilations. Strange.

Fun fact about Spiff and Indigo Park: Mason said in a stream that Spiff is one of the biggest reasons he made Indigo Park because of something he said when he played Reincarnated, iirc correctly it was something along the lines of "Why don't you actually take the time to make a full game?" that made him actually consider game dev and was one of the factors that led him to making Indigo Park Edit: nevermind he literally says it in the video 34:13 I am literally going to flip out

Oh nice! At first I wasn't super interested in this game personally, but it seems to be a very interesting kind of mascot horror :D I find all the characters fun and unique and the creators did very good in making the setting truly feel like it was a now run-down park with the ins and outs. Rambley trying to act like nothing is wrong out of a sort of desperation instead of malice but is also limited in his "omnipresence" has me really intrigued with the backstory of the park. It's so clear the amount of love and effort was put into every part of the game and I'd really love to see more of it soon! :D

Honestly, I like the idea. It's clear they take inspiration from Poppy Playtime as well as FNAF:SB & Ruin, especially the whole Mascots-being-alive thing, like how in Poppy they had the "Bigger Bodies Initiative", where they experimented on people and turned them into Giant Living Toys. But of course, taking Inspiration isn't always a bad thing. I think Mason made it work here. So I wonder if the park had a similar Secret-Lab kind of thing going on where they made all of Rambley's friends into Organic Living Mascots while Rambley was Relegated to being an AI for the Park Grounds, who would only greet people and be a "tour guide" while he never got a Physical Body of his own. The fact that he doesn't seem to adress at all the fact that he used the door to decapitate the Bird (presumably Molly Macaw) is either his scanning/facial recognition on that camera didn't detect her head & all that blood, or he is deliberately ignoring that he just murdered one of his (former) friends to save this lone human stranger because he knows they're too far gone in (what I assume is) their insanity/hunger.

I dismissed this game as just another mascot horror, but Rambley really won me over. His desperate attempt to make your visit fun, his hardcore coping about the state of the park at the beginning, the part where he hypes up why he likes Rambley's Railroad only to say it's "cuz I like trains". Everything about Rambley's interactions is great, and I hope he gets to pop out of that screen to eat some Rambleberries.

@@temmlygaming5509 Security Breach could've had that if SW didn't give Freddy the most generic, clunky, basic b* personality known to man. It's why I liked Roxy, cuz there was potential development between her and Gregory based on her personality. Then they ruined it in Ruin, giving Roxy that same generic, clunky, basic b* "friendly" personality, except worse, because we don't even hang out with her. We're just _informed_ that "Roxy's just a cool dude, now 👉😎👉(-👴🛹)" rather than actually getting to know her throughout the game. A whole lot of informing, not enough learning. Rambley, I'd want to help him out even _without_ the history the player has with the park. His character is just dynamic enough that it'd work with any character with a good heart, open or not, and the way he wears _his_ heart on a sleeve, even while trying to hide it, opens up a lot of potential for a character Arc, making him interesting even without the relationship dynamic between him and the player.

This game has a loooot of potentional. Main dev is a fan of horror games and has been exposed to a lot of good ideas over the years. Music, character design, and characters are all on point. The animations, models, and overall gameplay are decent, but it does need a lot of work to become a truly standout game. It has nothing that really makes it stand out besides the characters, and the gameplay is basically nonexistent. They have the gimmick in the form of the band, but idk what you can do with that. Most indie horror needs something like that. Fnaf has cameras, Bendy has combat, Poppy has the grab pak, and even fucking banban has the drone, as terrible of a mechanic as it is. This needs something a little more to make the game itself better. Overall, extremely promising

I unfortunately have not been able to play the 1st chapter due to a bug and life being life, but the chase sequence got me hooked (and Rambley being the only mascot horror character with amazing and simple design I'd put up on a shelf or similar along my fox) and I supported it on the 300 tier, can't wait to see it further in development!

This is one of the few times I've seen one little thing, and then went "I have to back this." It's that impressive. ...also admittedly I wanted to have Rambley say a kinda inspirational message to the player.

I love spigg's videos because I can enjoy them for a long time because most of his videos are almost and hour long and even a "short" video that he makes is still like 30 minutes

I have been watching spiff for a few years now, i ALSO have been following this games development since the very beginning. I only made the connection that UniqueGeese was the same mason that spiff played backrooms with in that video lol. REGARDLESS, This game absolutely looks like a banger, while it may be buggy, this is definitely a successful project for a beginner game designer to have accomplished. I may be a random stranger on the internet, but damn i am proud of everyone who worked on this game :) well done.
