I can't believe he's been around since 2016. Seems when he is given a lot of playing time he can be productive at the plate but falls off when spot playing.

Absolutely LOVED Diaz's MASSIVE hit in the 2nd inning. It was almost comical watching it slowly roll to the outside of the batters box. All he could do was just watch the catcher pick it up and tag him. 😅

This is completely unrelated to the game, but have you realized that the Astros have had every possible outcome for a 4 game series? They were swept in a 4 game series, they lost 3 out of 4, they split a 4 game series, they won 3 out of 4, and they swept a 4 game series. 😎 Repent and praise God 🙌

Well Spaghetti got roughed up by the White Sox, so naturally it makes sense that he'd dominate 6 shutty against Baltimore 😂 Hell yea man, Seattle fired Servais, Cleveland lost, MIN and KC didn't play, yall we're only 4 games out of the 2 seed!

Seattle fired Servais??????!!!!!!!!!!! I went to bed early last night and missed this game and the firing news. I kept invading Mariners' fans threads asking if they thought Servais was going to get fired if he couldn't salvage at least a Wild Card berth. I had a feeling it was coming with this recent losing streak. Mariners front office did what they could to help him win a Division with pitchers and hitters. I guess they just had enough. Well, good luck to him in the future. He was one of my son's favorite players because my son was a catcher in Pony League and he paid attention to Servais behind the plate when we visited the A-Dome. Hopefully Astros don't back into a Division win this season.

@ktcarl honestly? I don't think they gave him a good lineup. They let Teoscar Hernandez go, they traded away Eugenio Suarez, and the rest of the lineup is just guys that hit like .230 except for Julio, but he's taken a massive nosedive in power this year. I DO think they needed to fire Servais, he clearly can't get the team in the right direction, but they need to make some drastic changes to the rest of the staff, too. Their pitching is ELITE. I mean, probably the best in MLB. That rotation scares the hell out of me. But their offense has been useless for years now. Every year they lead in strikeouts and are bottom of the barrel in scoring runs. There's clearly something going on that needs to be fixed. Teoscar Hernandez is the perfect example. Great in Toronto, comes to Seattle, not great, leaves for LA, allstar again.

Chas has not been cutting it this year. Had high hopes for the guy but it’s not working. Gamel is a good addition.

@triggertimetraining6963 So, I've said this to quite a few people this year, and idk, maybe I'm just a Chas "fanboy".....but I swear I don't think it's a coincidence that Chas improved each year of his first 3 years, culminating in a break out year last year.....only to have the front office spit in his face and say over the off-season that Jake Meyers had the CF job when he's done literally nothing to earn it, and Chas was told he could "earn playing time"....and now Chas sucks. I'm sorry, I just can't believe that that's a coincidence. Chas is looking around just like...wtf do I have to do?!?! So he comes in to this season trying WAY too hard to replicate last year, his confidence is gone, he's looking over his shoulder wondering at what point do they send him back to AAA or take more playing time away, all while Saint Jake Meyers gets to go trot out there every single day and be just as useless as he's been the last TWO YEARS without a care in the world, knowing he's gonna get coddled and spoonfed the starting job no matter what apparently.

Not cuz I think he's gonna be great or anything, but just cuz....they need to try to find SOMEONE to fill in for Tucker, especially if Tucker ends up not coming back, although I've seen reports that there's now finally an estimated return of early next month

@@triggertimetraining6963, ChazzyFizz has an issue I seen before. He needs regular playing time in the field to help with his hitting. If he got to play more he'd be less anxious at the plate. Not advocating for him. Just stating the issue.
