This is so funny, I was actually looking for someone that can help me with my ROG Phone 6 that has a problem that occurs when I open the camera it freezes and then it goes into boot loop ....and I see myself landing here with a bunch of ppl that have the problem on Laptops lol

I could not fix it, Asus said to replace the motherboard and that I was at fault, this is literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen. I used the phone for 10 months with 0 problems. One update from Asus in October and the phone literally stopped working next day after update. And the audacity from them is that it's my own fault lol I am never ever buying something from Asus again. Take care my friend​@@popsnaro

My ROG Strix laptop (model G513RM) started boot looping a month ago. (Attempting to repair then diagnosing then to blue screen) I ended up doing a factory reset and reinstalled windows. This lasted me about a month until a windows 11 update came and the problem happened immediately again after resetting to finish updating (had an issue updating, reverting changes)… my concern is I already did a factory reset AND reinstalled windows 11 locally… everything went fine seemingly no issues with that, yet it happened again. If this is a normal issue that will happen because of some flaw with the model.. that’s just infuriating, essentially feels like a waste of 1300$… If you cant tell I’ve pretty much lost hope lol. Sorry for being negative I’m just very disappointed and at a loss.

Update: I don't know WHY this worked, but I was looking for last ditch efforts because I was desperate, checked reddit, and someone said they ran their fingers over their keyboard. It makes NO sense to me...but it restarted twice, and then went to a bootlocker page where I could put in my microsoft bootlocker code...had to do it 3x but it worked and I'm on. I'm thinking it was Windows 11 issues. I'm so over it. (THIS WAS BEFORE I GOT IT TO WORK) I am able to see the brand logo but then it goes black...but it's powered on. I have tried pressing and holding while unplugged for 30 sec. I have tried press and shut down then restart and as soon as I see logo shut down 3x but it didn't go into WinRe. I tried F2...tapping, holding, delete, F1 etc no bios. I have homework due on Sunday...I am so frustrated. I have had nothing but problems with this laptop since I updated to Win 11 but nothing like this. I'm going to have to find out if my work autosaved to one drive and get it from there. This laptop is only from July 2021. Seriously regret ever getting it (had other issues as well with cord position...usually that leads to motherboard issues in ASUS)

If I leave my Zephyrus M16 unattended for, let's say, hours or overnight, I find it in BIOS screen. Never happened with me working on it. Any clues? WIN11 home 64, nothing attached, RAID 0 with pretty similar 1TB ssd (Micron M450). The only unusual thing I can mention was this Micron nvme working around 60°C. Thank You!

Just an idea too, if your going to leave it unattended for long periods such as overnight, consider turning it off or putting it on sleep mode

Dude, I have the same exact problem with Strix Scar 16. Left it on, fell asleep while watching KZbin and now it's in a reboot loop with black screen. Can't access bios or anything. Also no updates before that.

I'm doing a new setup and my computer keeps freezing at the Asus screen after a reboot. f2 Doesn't work either. If I do a fresh startup I am able to get into the bios using f2 and I'm we to force boot my M2 drive. Any suggestions? I'm using Asus rog z790

Hi there, I have the Zephyrus Duo 16 and my Laptop gave me the BSOD and gone into reboot loop (even gave me a BSOD while I was in BIOS one time) but sometimes it is loading up Windows 10 but just for a minute (sometimes longer) or so before it gives me another BSOD and then starting again. The thing is I did everthing you suggested and it still persists, what could it be if nothing of it was the problem? I thought maybe the mainboard is broken but wouldn't that mean it would never load into Windows at all?

I already installed a new SSD by the way and tried to install windows new with a windows 10 boot stick but it won't even let me finish the install and gives me a BSOD half way through. Ill have to check the BIOS. Ive been working on a friends for the past 2 days. Reset PC ALWAYS failed. Tried a full format on the m.2. That didn't do anything. Need to try the Asus Diagnostics on the RAM. This thing has been driving me nuts for the past 2 days.

Hi. My problem started with me shutting down windows, then i put my laptop aside, and then it restarted but it was stuck on loading screen. So pressed power button on and off, but it still shows the starting screen. A while later, it displayed a message saying 'preparing automatic repair' but it later just shows me a blue screen were it says windows will restart my device for me but really it's just stuck on the starting screen. When I was checking my BIOS (mine is version 317 so it looks different than in this video), all my hardware was in order (I think? I can see my hard disk listed) and my date & time are all set. When I went into the boot tab however, I don't see an option where it says launch csm/legacy etc. How do I proceed from here?

@@PC_Monkey Hi again! Thank you for your fast reply! There wasn't any spills or overheating, probably a windows update (i wasn't wearing my glasses when it was shutting down the first time around and i saw a brief blue squares on my screen). There was only a fast launch option, and probably a recover option and update option for BIOS in there but I was unsure and just clicked save and close BIOS (didn't change anything though). When i restarted my laptop again, it showed me a blue screen where it says my laptop didn't start properly, I chose advanced settings, to try troubleshooting but I was getting a bit tired so I just chose the close and proceed to windows option and THEN my laptop was able to start properly and loaded me in (idk how that happened). But thank you so much for replying to my comment still!! If this happens again the next time I turn my laptop on I'll post another comment. Have a nice day (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠)

Hey, I use HP Pavilion Gaming 15. The boot loop stucks when I try to get into the system recovery. I tried installing a new OS but it still gets stuck. Is there any other way you could help me fix this problem? The drives are all okay. 😢

You would have to look up the Recommended System Specs for the specific game or software you want to run. See what it needs for CPU's and Graphics. Then you can tell if those items will run well. Not all games are the same.

@@ano0.music. Again, I cant tell you if that CPU is 'good'. It would have to be a question of if that CPU is good for what you need it for. You would again, need to look up what the games you wish to play need for a CPU and compare it to that one

My ROG strix G17 will turn itself off randomly, when i turn it back on the keyboard lights flash like its trying to reboot, the screen stays black and the whole thing just turns off again. I am unable to even get to the point at times of being able to get to the bios page. Any advice please?

Welp, unfortunately I think I need to reinstall windows. However, I make music and I can't lose any of my files as they belong to clients. Would a viable solution to this be to install windows on an entirely different ssd, install that and remove my old one, and turn the old one into an external drive?

I have a rog desktop, went to factory reset due to it being slow, was trying to clear up space. Well the factory reset just got stuck on 39%, i tried wsiting but it never chanted so i just turned it off and back on. Now when i turn it on it just loads for a second on the rog screen, then says restarting and then repeats. What should i do?

I get to the point in the process where all thats left for me is “reset this pc” and then I click ok save files and cloud reset or local doesn’t matter. At this point, it will just send me back to the prior screen instantly when I click reset this pc. I am very lost and saddened by this.

@@PC_Monkey so I turned it on and out of no where it did the endless loop. When I try bios settings nothing, when I try reset pc it will do as mentioned before. When I try any setting the PC give me nothing. I have to check the hard drive still, other than that, all options mentioned have not worked. Same endless loop. Thanks for responding!

anybody please help me i need serious help with my laptop 3 days i ago i picked up my asus rog zephyrus m15 that has a rtx 2060 i7 10750H 16gb ram the laptop i decided to reset it and i think while it was reseting my laptop may have died due to being 0 percent when i charge it and on full charge now the laptop goes on a loop showing republic of gamers welcome than for half a second it shows rebooting 64 percent blue screen barely being a second then it shows republic of gamers welcome and the loop goes on forever please help me i will give you guys updates if i fixed it

If a computer turns off during a reset, the operating system is most likely messed up and no longer able to reset. Just to make sure, can you find any Recovery or Repair options in BIOS as described here in this video?

Asus S540S. Startup repair notice pops up and stayed there for over an hour. Hit off. Turn on same. I did f2 bios clock ok, enabled launch csm, exit. Reboot same message repair notice.. just spins.
