it's not an ultra for me. 1/1.56 50 mp main sensor is found on many midrange to lower flagships. and 1080p 30 on the front cam is a joke at 2024. disappointing.

Right? I have a Zenfone 10 and I can forgive its camera setup limitations because other specs they shoved in to that form factor (battery, SOC, RAM, Storage, 3.5mm jack, wireless charging!) have been a worthy compromise. It's not a perfect phone. Still has software quirks etc but generally it's solid most of the time and worth the money I paid vs. what was out there at the time. And its size is refreshing. It may be the last small phone worth getting, but if there's no Zf12 (Zf11 wouldn't be worth getting for me), this is likely the last Asus I go for. The compromises they make aren't worth it unless they offer something unique like they did with the 10.

MP isn't the ultimate factor though. The iPhone has a great camera and it's main camera is only 48 MP.

that camera module is such an eyesore. not symmetrical. unnecessary large. extremely ugly. not really liking the trend of just going big leaving no option for those who like compact phones.

One plus 12 has built quality issues,water will easily penetrate through camera glass region,it was a major problem while launched in China,and now the oxygen is is like oppo colour OS,more over it's a Chinese phone,and Asus is a Taiwanese brand.oneplus has display green issues.chinese phone means u could be easily monitored and data hack if Chinese wants it,one plus comes under bbk brand like oppo,vivo,real me,iqoo etc.
