If these migrants are NOT able to assimilate themselves into American society in which it has been proven that most of them can’t by their own human efforts, then it will be like raising someone else’s children all over again except these are adults we’re dealing with. Also, the local townspeople are absolutely correct where if the migrants cannot blend in with the mainstream of society, then they will find other ways to survive and legality WILL NOT be an issue.
