I am 39, apparently I look 10 years younger of my age BUT from inside I feel older than I am. I have stamina issues, laziness, can't remember things easily. This video really motivated me. Wish me a luck for gather courage to make a change.

This is not what you can achieve naturally but respect for your hard work .. And for people who are wondering how can I get this at age of 40 you must first be aware of the risks involved with whatever method they are using.. .. our goal with our body must always be efficient movement .. more stamina more strength more energy which is achievable naturally ..

Totally agree. Anyone taking this up might be running some serious health risks as we have seen from the spate of people who are 40+ years of age dying suddenly from heart attacks that were the result of working out in this manner.

@@TheAkhildogra - That's a misconception. Abs is just another body muscle like legs or biceps or chest or back. If you train it enough with proper diet and methods, it would come naturally. Also, a lot of it depends on your body type, routine and discipline. If you get 8 hours of sleep and eat healthy food for 6-8 months, you will have the same body transformation as this man has. In India specially, there is a lack of awareness and knowledge and that's why more than 90% of the people think that you can only build muscle using steroids or external substances which isn't true.

Don't fool the audience. Transformation is commendable but having this cut body and gain muscle like this is incredibly hard . This guy is definitely on hormone replacement therapy if not on steroids or peptides. So pls mention that as well. People get confused and demotivated when they don't get same results after hardwork.

You NEED to be fit and healthy and NOT required to get six packs, cuts, muscles etc. If you have money and want to show off, then go ahead with the latter. Being healthy and fit requires only time & dedication. 1. Minimize sugar, salt & oily foods 2. Avoid processed foods, containerized & packed drinks 3. Avoid alcohol 4. Follow the 12 hr fasting (night to morning) 5. DO NOT skip breakfast but eat it light and early 6. Have lunch like a king 7. Have a healthy, lightweight and not-late-dinner 8. Eat when you are hungry and not when bored 9. Drink lots of water throughout the day 10. Walk atleast 3 km a day - best to do early morning and a bit at night after dinner 11. Start to do slow jogging 12. Do pushups, situps and skipping at home

he definitely on PEDs/Steroids. Zero chance of this transformation at 40 without them ..but you still need to have the dedication to workout, eat well etc...with all that said the transformation is commendable..

Once you cross above 38 nearing 40 and over weight due to heavy drinking and bad food habits certainly leads to too much weakness in the body and you can even feel breath issues after climbing 5 to 6 steps also , quitting alcohol and cigarettes are most difficult tasks, but it can be done on slow phase, not necessarily they have to hit the gym , doing excessive work with those machines can also lead cardio problem.

You need to lift weights, end of discussion. That could either be in the gym, or even your own body weight at home. Half the asanas in yoga are body weight exercises! You can easily have a lifting plan that takes into consideration what you are capable of.

Diet 40%, weight training 35%, cardio 25%. I am 52 years old, I hit the gym 4 times a week, play football 2-3 times a week, watch what I eat. I deadlift and squat more than kids half my age. Take your vitamin supplements, and add protein to your diet. Stay away from hidden minefields - alcohol, anything that comes straight out of a packet (snacks), sugar. (If you want to do any of it, go ahead, but be mindful of your consumption! If you eat two biscuits or had a beer, tell yourself "this is my cheating for the week.") Resist the temptation to take short cuts - by that, I mean steroids or dubious supplements. Another thing - portion sizes - in India, we are trained to finish everything on the plate. Only take as much as you need - tell your Mom/wife/gf "Enough, I will only have so much" and don't let them guilt you into eating more.

@@sp_1974 There are several reasons why you feel hungry, and it takes some time to 'rewire' your brain. I would start with checking your blood sugar levels. Your hunger pangs could be related to your insulin levels. Easy fixes could be watching what you eat. Try for fibre - whole fruit, NEVER juice. Do this trick.....when you feel hungry, drink two extra glasses of water. You'll be surprised that your hunger pangs dissipate. Trick your brain - eat in a smaller plate, you'll serve yourself less. Take longer to eat, your brain will tell you that you are full.
