Siddesh Vojhala, now a nutrition and fitness consultant himself, was once obese 150 kg. The man lost 78 kilos because his weight was becoming a burden he couldn't carry any more. His trigger point was when he went to Vaishno Devi with his friends. He was not given a horse back ride up to the Vaishno Devi temple, simply because he was overweight. I was chubby kid from childhood. After completing my 10th while in Intermediate i got thyroid problem along with it i was under medication for other ailment. My weight stupendously increased upto 165 kg. With use of medicines like obelit under supervision of St. John's hospital doctors Bengaluru... my weight reduced to 120 kg. From then i took Ayurvedic treatment at Hyderabad for weight loss. KSAC Saji D'Souza clinic. After that i had worked out on treadmill. 2 glasses of water every hour. Only small bowl of rice or 2 chapati with home cooked vegetables. No outside food, no junk food, no sweets, nothing at all... in the beginning it was bit difficult as i was cravings for sweets, bakery food, chat items... Basically i am pure vegetarian. Only drink tea in cafe that too occasionally or coffee at home occasionally. Working out on treadmill was also quite difficult task in the beginning so i had task on working out for 10 minutes on first week and then 15 minutes on second week. Slowly increasing time every week. Break after working out for 15 minutes. Gradually i made it 45 minutes a day with 3 breaks. In the night after dinner i used to walk all around our house for 45 minutes and then go to bed. You dont believe in span of 10 months or so i weighed 60 kg. Almost half of what i used to weigh. I could wear S size shirts. Used to feel very light and was able to pull myself up while doing pullups holding attic in my house. All this happened from 2003-2010. As i lost weight i stopped working out on treadmill and my eating habits also changed. My life became sedentary. Got job in 2016 and life became too much sedentary. Slowly and gradually my weight started increasing. Now i weigh around 130-135 kg. I am 35 year old. I have to start my weight loss journey once again from the scrap. Back in time i was a teenager but now i am middle aged person. Someone guide me in my weight loss journey. I got checked for blood sugar, thyroid, cholesterol levels. All are normal. Testosterone hormone is somewhat low. Fat in my body is mainly in chest area, belly, waist, thighs and buttocks. How i am suppose to create my daily schedule?

if cardio is done more, protein is not taken enough you will end up having a loose skin. He might have done more strength training than cardio and had kept protien on point

Great weight loss journey. But really sad that a horse/khacchar had to carry that much weight. Overweight people should either take the helicopter if possible or walk or visit after getting fit. Fit people should just walk the to Vaishno Devi and other pilgrimages. There’s no point in such devotion which hurts other beautiful innocent beings.

Same me i was 115kg then i transformed as 83 kg, in covid i loss my father and again i 103kg max that time i was angry on me and again decided to Loss it i back to 96 but then again i turn 99.4 kg bcz of marriage in my family, I started again from 1 nov and loss 800gm haha but i will continue now and this guy motivated me , so i think by the end of december i will loss 8kg lets see, i Will update..

I am 25, and when I saw the my weight reach 129, I started my journey. I am at 103 now and I can't agree more about taking care of mental health. Everything else flows when you do. Your story is so relatable for me, every chapter of it. I loved how you didn't make your journey about 'commitment' and dedication like other do. @rahuldhere4093 - sorry couldn’t follow your question. But, changing my food timings helped me reduce 25kgs in 4-5 months.. I didn’t avoid any of my favorite food. Just, didn’t eat them after 6 pm that’s all.

@@maheshgadhave1564 - My window is about 16 hours minimum and most days it goes to 18 hours. My eating window is between 10 am and 4 pm most days. I exercise 4 days a week for 1 -1:30 hours. It includes walking and mild weight lifting.

I have already done it 3-4times..the loosing gaining cycle never ends... now am 108 ,have a fatty lever too...I din realize how I went from 75-108 in all these years... though my appetite is not much, my alcohol consumption has also drastically reduced which was not much previously too... occasionally drinking... I worked out for 2 months this year again and was doing good.. covid hit me I again lost the flow.. struggling too start the journey again..my baldness took a troll on Me.. I lost hair big time n gave up completely...if u loose hair there is nothing else that can make u look good... I know its about being fit not look good.. but hair loss hit me really hard.. my confidence went low.... I m Trying to watch videos to get back again and transform myself again but it's just not happening!!!

Diet plays the most important role behind weigh loss. I loosed around 15kgs (from 85 to 70kg) in 10 months without any excercise. However, Light to moderate exercise is required to retain the muscles though.

I was lean myself till my 18th bday .. then I went to college in different state .. started living in hostel .. and PGs and started gaining weight.. i went from 60 to 75 in three years and now i live with my family and i m 85 kgs and 25yrs old .. my belly is getting bigger and bigger.. my biggest problem is my diet .. i can't get online recommended diet at home and with my studies and office.. it's getting harder to get back to shape 😢

Same same i was fit during my school days too😂 now got working fat like a pig(overweight) i do workout, but i get so so tired easily. It was not the same as before. I used to do glute hold for so long using a chair 6+feet high for cheering squad so i could hold my stamina and if cant i fall down and get injured(yes our coach are bat crazy) and climb stairs to highest floor too.

your answer is within your first falk, you used to run and do sports when you were in 10th, only coz of that your body reacted and back on track ,the same thing might won't workout to a person who never did any sports activity in his life

bhai bht inspiring journey hai pr yha fat shaming kaise hui.. aapka weight 150 kg hai to obviously aapko ghoda nhi milega ride krne ke liye , ghode ki bhi capacity hai waise hi unko itni cruelty sehni pdti hai..
