I read Di'Anno's autobiography about a dozen years back. He was the real deal, lived the rock 'n' roll lifestyle to the fullest, and how he even made it to 66 was nothing short of a miracle. He was really responsible for getting Maiden off the ground, penning "Running Free," their biggest-selling single, and projecting a stage presence and attitude that allowed them to stand out in the NWOBHM scene.

i am a longtime maiden bootleg collector the most obscure record i own is somewhere in tour live Norway mid size record not 33 nor 45 it is pressed and i never seen a copy of it anywhere else.i collected 1980-1993 with some 1979 and a rare 1977 excerpt cd of the older line up.i still listen to the bootleg christmas wish lp and shrine of luzifer. shrine of luzifer is west germany 1984 powerslave tour a very expensive vinyl. dont know why its spelled luzifer instead of lucifer.my entire closet is filled with vinyls of them and for a indian family its strange but my mother has her own collection of maiden along with rod stewart abba eagles blondie and kiss.i myself am a drummer been drumming since 1990.thanks for the video you posted.its too bad a great performer has been lost it was bad enough when clive burr died and passed away in 2013 same year as jeff hanneman off slayer.

There's a mistake at the start of this video when they said that Paul's net worth was 1million dollars! when in fact Paul even had to ask for some money to his former Iron Maiden boss Steve Harris in order to help him to pay for his own medical treatment in Croatia! in the last year! since Paul also said that he had very little money left even for that! and he also had to be treated in Croatia since in that country his medical treatment was much more cheaper than in the UK and there was also an special internet fund created by Paul's fans in order to help him to pay his medical bills! therefore Paul was also very active doing many concerts because he also said that his medical bills were just too expensive for him!besides having had so many women and sons in his life was also a very heavy financial load for Paul! therefore he also died so soon because he also said that he just couldn't take very good care of his own health with the adecuated medical treatments while having to work so much and so hard in order help himself to pay for all his many debts and medical bills! and all of that information can be verified very well and very clearly in most serious internet sources!
