I really love your workouts and you’ve inspired me to get back on the horse, despite all those short-term celebratory occasions! 🙊 Christmas and New Year’s and Birthday over now! 🥴 Im once again back on that horse and have dropped a dress-size already! Thank you! 🎉❤ Aunt Flo visiting this week though and I’m feeling rather washed out and lacking energy! I don’t want that to stop me though & want to stay motivated and continue on this winning path! ❤💪 Any chance of a full body routine that I can do on a floor mat, that’s also flexible enough to do lying down in bed please? I know exercise will help, so I’m grateful to you for anything inspirational that would fit the bill!🙏 ❤

This is a really lovely low impact workout, that works your entire body, I have designed it so we spend 3 minutes on your upper body, then 3 minutes middle and finish with 3 minutes on your lower body. And be on the lookout for Princess Sultana who makes a guest appearance 😹 Stay safe everyone. Lucy xx

Happy Holidays Lucy!!!! I'm back!!! Boy! My body is feeling these exercises all over! That's what happens when one hasn't done any exercises in a long time. Sorry, for have not being around but I have been homeless on the streets of Paris till a young Georgian took me in. Happily enough he came to France to learn French because I don't speak Russian. Whew! God is certainly protecting me. The young man believes in God and thinks that all humans should help one another. Praise God for the wonder He is placing in my life after such a turbulent marriage. Thank you Lucy for helping me stay healthy, firm, and fit. Will get back into a routine. Bon 2023!!!! I've been doing various body sculpting exercises with Lucy for just over 2 years now. Coupled with a healthy eating plan I managed to drop 2 dress sizes and totally reshape and tone my body. I can't thank Lucy enough. From the first lockdown to now I truly believe these work-outs changed my life and got me through lockdown doldrums. I have been able to change my whole wardrobe and get back into my slimmer me clothes. I was going through the menopause and my mind and body were suffering. With HRT, healthier eating and Lucy Wyndham-Read I was able to get my life back. I'm 54 now and I feel I have so much energy and life is only getting better. These new workouts with the 'time bars' are much much better than the stopwatch, you can see where you are in your workout and that makes a big difference. Thank you Lucy, you possibly saved my life X

I just had surgery on my leg and this workout has been perfect until all my stitches come out. I can't live without my workouts with you Lucy, I've been working out with you for 3 years and have drooped 20lbs From a size 10 down to a 6! Thank you❣❣🥰

You are such a blessing to me. Thanks to your workouts, I was able to get in and out of my kayak- something that I never thought I would ever be able to do again because of a back injury. I also lost a lot of weight, too, but the main thing is I feel great. Thanks for everything that you do, Lucy. You are truly a treasure.

Hey!! Did this exercise today at 1100am and right now it's 0645 pm...and post excercise I just had a super burning 🔥 sensation on left shoulder back...which subsided after 2 hours. and since 1100 am in the morning I have been feeling a gush of positive energy in my mind... all my body existing body aches back hip knee upper back and everything seems to have vanished !!!! Cheers Lucy for what you do.....

This one i stopped during the arms a year ago because i was so out of shape. Today, i picked this one due to being short on time and did the whole thing. Im still fat, just less fat since doing your videos!!

Love it..im the type of person who very lazy to do any workout, but notice, my wight keep on increasing, so i find your video..tried it and love it..it my day 4 today..day 1, only tried 7 minutes workout, and my body ache so bad, and found it very exhausting, 2nd day, it got a lot easier and my body not ache anymore, 3rd day, able to combine 2 video of 7 minutes and 1 arm video, today, able to do 7 minutes 2 video, arm video and this 9 minutes..it gets a lot easier day by day,,hopefully will see the result soon..but so far love it, cause im able to wake up early as well

Lucy, I’m SO great full I found you on here, and whole heartedly appreciate your wanting to help us stay physically fit, low impact short workouts us working Moms & Dads can incorporate into our busy days/ schedules. Really loved this one! I am suffering with a bladder prolapse so I am restricted to exercises that don't require jumping or too much squatting, most of your workouts I've found don't, so thank you so much for making me feel more alive!!

Writing again Lucy♥Did this a 2nd day in a row of which I normally don't repeat the same workouts. I REALLY LOVE THIS one❣I love how you broke it down into 3 areas with only 2 QUICK Repeats! The time went by quickly and I was able to squeeze this in along with a 10min Yoga Stretch as a pre-warm up and another 20min yoga.....more for workout and balance and of course your workout which works strengthening, balance, your mind.......and endurance! This definitely wasn't a "light" workout for me. Love and Hugs from Texas/.....jill ♥🌸♥

I love this one! Quick, interesting, gets my whole body AND doesn’t bother my dodgy knees a bit. Will pair it up with another 7-10 minute workout to increase the total time.

I love your safe amf gentle workouts Lucy ..I am 53 and i noticed my body at this stage doesn t like high impact jumping workouts..next days knees ..hips..lower back are stiff even thou i spend lots of time stretching..body just tell me it needs gentler moves now..ty Lucy

Wow I can definitely feel that in my arms and glutes! Great workout, thank you Lucy for all you do. Going forward, is there any chance of a routine focused on stretching, especially hamstrings? Thank you!
