Love your 'quick' workouts. I started almost 7 months ago doing daily exercising at home with your 7-minute abs workout and have been following you ever since. I have lost 4kg and gained energy, health, strength, etc. but moreover more confidence and happiness. Thanks to you (and other women like you) covid confinement is easier to get through. @@melbournemumma2700 Maybe it has to do with the fact that I had never worked out on a daily basis before. It forms part of my daily routine now and I have not gained a gram. But for me the importance is to feel good with myself. Stay healthy 🌷🌼🥀

Lucy..I never saw myself being able to do any of these exercises because of my health issues . The first time I exercised I collapsed after 5 mins...Now I'm doing the 20 min hiit and doing some of your older exercises. I can't stop at 25 mins. I finish it and go and look for a 10 min one to do. What a change it has made in my health

The last few days I've been wanting to find other videos done by other people but I tried the videos and realized it's full of exercises that require too much bending, lunging, and squatting. Then today I did this one and found what I wanted! I've also been doing your 15 minute body sculpt video. But with this 8 minute one it truly covered everything. More videos like this please!!

Wow that flew by really quick! Loved it! The best thing about your workouts is there is no music. Love the motivational energizing talk without any annoying music! Also, what most people don't mention is no matter how beautiful your muscles look, they won't show under a layer of fat. So a great thing about your workouts is you combine both, cardio to melt fat, and toning the muscles, at the same time! You are a wonderful person, Lucy! Your workouts are worth so much money, people would pay to get these, but you are a wonderfully selfless person! God bless you!

I am a professional pianist and, as such, suffer from neck, shoulder and lower back pain. Performing this routine daily has done wonders for all of these pains. Nothing else (yoga, chiropractic, message) has ever worked as well. I am very grateful to Lucy for helping me so much.

I have been doing your workouts years ago, but I lost track at some point and gained weight like crazy. A bunch of severe health conditions in my early 30s, that's not how I imagined my life. This year, I joined a nutrition class from my health insurance and it makes all the difference. For me, healthy nutrition and healthy eating habits (no snacks, lots of chewing...) is what makes me lose weight. I have been doing your workouts for a couple weeks now, following your summer challenge, and I am feeling better every single day. It is still a very tough time for me, but healthy eating and building muscles is just something that has to happen. And to have you as my free online trainer is the best way I can imagine to get through this. You are like an accepting and motivation friend. When I see this whole mountain of work that I still have to do, you keep me focused on this challenge right here right now, and day by day I'm succeeding. Thank you so much Lucy, for all that you are doing for us!

I've been doing your Summer Workouts and I mix in at least 2 of the shorter, area focused videos - LOVE them. This 8-minute full body sculpting was a first for me today - amazing!! I really worked up a sweat. I really appreciate that you say using our own body weight is better than actually using weights that might injure us (if we use them wrong). One of the things that bothered me using weights for my (flabby) arms was the fact that I was starting to look like a wrestler - 3 & 5 lb weights really made me look bulky. Thank you!

I have to say that I am really enjoying your workouts. I came across your channel through the fabulous50s. I have to admit that after doing my morning 5 to 10 stretch, I do your 7 minute abs workout. I missed one day and I have still lost 2in around my waist. Not only that, but I have so much energy that I am up till 7 the next morning. That is a big boost for me to have so much energy. I am in my 50s and I am loving it. After my 7th day, I wil be doing one of your other 7 minute challenges.

I love this workout so much! The info on the side was extremely helpful--as in more than any other video I've watched of anyone ever--on focusing on the different parts of the body. I loved the walking! I love seeing the results from 7-8 minutes of working out! Also, it is short enough my migraines don't kick in (sometimes working out is a trigger for me). Thank you, Lucy!
