I’ve decided I’m going to buy dumbbells on Amazon, I’m a subscriber been watching you awhile. And I love running but finding my gym weight lifting routine isn’t building upper body strength much as I approach 40 in a few years

I've always had this question in my mind so will ask today, in the above video you started with floor exercises, but usually all trainers advocate to start with squats which you do later, what is is reason behind it and is it okay to follow this sequence also? Thanks.

Variety is important. Generally yes, large muscles first but sequencing is everything! And getting stuck in always same is not good. There’s an art to sequence, sets, reps, rest and your recent workout and next workout. Not planning costs us results we don’t have time to make up! It’s a great question!

How to do the hamstring curls if you don't have a ball yet?

So blunting...if I have to do this workout after work...after I make dinner for family...usually around 730 pm...am I eating protein again after dinner and at 830 pm?

I would not, but also would never recommend a workout this late for a woman in menopause. Yoga. Light walk. But intense exercise late is counterproductive to hormonal balance

Yikes. Yes. Was in peri at age 47 now 54. So no workouts after dinner. But if I do it before work I would have to finish before 6 am to be on time to work. So then no pre workout snack time or I would have to get up at 4 am. 😵. We can't win. Sigh.

I am doing this twice a week. I know that our bodies get used to the same exercises after doing them repeatedly. If I am doing your cardio videos in between this strength workout, how long before my body will stop responding to this routine and I stop seeing any progress?
