I would have pressed charges against the sister in law, especially with the vial of sedatives and the little booklet right there and three witnesses. The husband would have backed her up even if the parents didn't want to see her go to jail, but why they wouldn't when their daughter could have killed their grandchild I can't begin to understand. This never happened. We all know this never happened. First of all exactly how much paperwork was she carrying in that purse? Every time she spoke something else fell out of her purse.
