I bought his rifle this week along with a 243. These will be my deer rifles. I used Sellier & Belliot 6.5 Creedmoor 140gr soft points.
This was my first range work. Barrel breakin and zeroing. The rings and scope will be changed. The objective was to breakin the rifle and test accuracy. Since then it's been copper cleaned to remove copper. As dealer here in Canada had them on sale for $599 versus $899 retail. I've never seen such a quality for the money in 40 years hunting. I see alot of comments about Turkish rifles. I would argue that what you are looking at what CZ, BRNO, and Interarms were 30 years ago. Turkey is making excellent firearms. If you are open to value versus ego - check them out. I'll do a 243 video when I have that out for breakin.
