I had bolts left over from the extension bed kit that fit the bolt holes perfectly. I lowered the laser head on the z axis by taking it off and dropping it down a couple of levels. It would be nice if either Ikier or Atezr sold a z-axis extension for this unit so it wouldn't be such a PITA to adjust for different objects.

I am loving this thing.

Thanks for such an honest review. Looks like a good setup. One thing I have seen with all of these rotary tools and lasers is having to plug them in after unplugging something else each time you want to use it. I would like to see them have a dedicated socket so you could just leave it connected and set out of the way in your enclosure.

Twotrees has the TS3 which has a switch on the back. There is a guy on the xTool Facebook who makes an after market version for the xTool D1. I would love for them to make it standard.

Hi, i like all your videos,i want to buy my first laser as a hobby to start.Base on your experience wich one do you recommend ATEZR L2 36W-Wizmaker L136W or Montport 40w?for glass and metal
@MoonpieCreations Жыл бұрын
Hey, I have the ATEZR L2, but have never tried the others you posted. I will say my favorite system so far if the ATEZR V35 35W LASER. I use it more than any other including my xTool D1 Pro.

Can you take the jaws out of the chuck and flip it around backwards and grip the cup or glass from the inside?
@MoonpieCreations Жыл бұрын
There are two sets of jaws. The ones that are on there will fit inside a glass or tumbler. They just wouldn't sit right in my test glass.

Could you grip the glass with the chuck jaws on the inside of the glass?
@MoonpieCreations Жыл бұрын
Yes I talk about the. The glasses I have won’t sit right on the jaws.

Lightburn didn't flip the image you have your chuck 180 degrees wrong.
@MoonpieCreations Жыл бұрын
No, the lightburn program flips the image all the time. Not just with this rotary. My chuck is in the right direction for this machine to print. Thank you
