Thats a wonderful story and thank you for sharing!!! .. and i can relate. I was also in New age for years.. Then after 13years i hit the rock bottom.. I started to pray to Jesus.. I knew im not God. But i didnt wanna go back to Catholic church, i was raised Catholic. I was checking protestant churches.. But then my friend invited me to check Orthodox church. I didnt even know what is that honestly. I went to liturgy and i was so deeply moved.. Very ancient rituals, chantings.. Very authentic... Inside i knew this is my home. I had to still research alot about it cuz i didnt know anything. But i was blown away almost every day of my research. In less then one year i was baptized. I was never happier inside of me. Even though the struggle with demons is real sometimes. But thats the thing. Devil wants you to go other direction, away from God. And he will do anything. And funny enough i also have nerve damage in my spine, im better now also thanks to God but His will is that i still suffer with daily pain, to humble me.. I need this. My ego is high. We are warriors for Christ! :)) God bless you +

Thank you for sharing your story and for watching, fellow warrior for Christ @ajtsanvk! I'm so glad that you found your home in the Orthodox church, their tradition is so beautiful, and I love their approach to theosis. Congratulations on your baptism, and what a joy to hear that you're happier than ever with your newfound life in Christ! I'm sorry to hear about the daily pain. I hope and pray that the Lord brings full healing and that the pain won't be necessary any more for that purpose, dear friend 🙏🏼 God bless you!

@Softheart.podcast thank you so much for your prayer. I need this pain now cuz my ego is to strong. Im grateful for it alot.. :)) Yes theosis is interesting thing absolutely. Not easy to reach. You have to be careful not to fall into delusions while praying and fasting (visions, dreams, emotions.. 99% are from the devil) and always have to talk with your spiritual father about it. He must lead you. Orthodoxy a serious thing for sure, this is what i really like. Chants are so deep also.. They are not those too emotional songs. God bless you sister! + wish you all well!!

I could feel the presence of God just watching it. Thank you for getting this out there, I pray others are blessed by this the same way that I was. ❤️🔥🕊️

@Softheart.podcast13 күн бұрын
