Because only difference between both is 3.7kw variant gives 25km extra range and full charge time is 2hrs less compared to 2.9kw Z variant. Rest all features are same to same no difference. Rizta is better in terms of practicality with a wider floorboard, longer seat, bigger boot etc. Ather 450X is a sporty scooter. More power, better acceleration, better handling etc. I would prefer the Rizta if you travel with family more often.
