I've found that when I add low calorie squash (less than 5kcal/500ml) when i drink water, I drink 2-3x more so why not?

There's a lot of things to "hate" on Jeff, and there are a lot of things that you can praise Jeff for. Not contradicting what you're saying, but supporting it. It's just as easy to hate on Jeff, just as easy to praise him. It takes a big man to put away bias to show both.

Thars amazing! Very similar to me 295 to 220 now in a bit over a year. I'm really tall though so I wanna be around 195-205 but I'm not sure yet. Wish you the best with your goals.

Although avoiding egg yolks from a calorific point of view is understandable, its nutritional importance shouldn't be disregarded. One whole egg is about 60-70 calories. It definitely fits in anybodys macros. If you're making an omelette for example, use just one whole egg and add some egg whites to boost the protein and volume. It's gonna make it more nutritious, tasty, and will keep you full for longer due to the added fats.

Same. My diet was all salads and whey protein and I used to quit in 4-6 months and regain. I switched to foods I liked because of Gregg and maaan, my fat loss is slower but I can go every day for the rest of my life.

I used to be obsessed about eating healthy and specifically avoid bread (I didn't eat any for 5 years). But after watching more of your videos I realised that I don't need to fear any food group. I just pick whatever food makes me full. Now I can eat 6 sandwiches a day in addition to the low calorie dense foods and stay shredded. Thank you for helping me with my orthorexia while helping me achieve and maintain my physique

Love the videos, Greg. You give the most sound fitness and diet advice on KZbin imo. I especially love the importance you place on cardio for heart health. Like you, I lift and race bikes (I’m a lot weaker and less jacked than you, but faster on the bike, as I follow you on Strava), and I appreciate the perspective from someone who trains similarly. Keep it up!

I eat on average around 2700 cals, some days a little more some days a little less. When you eat like coach greg or Jeff that is a lot of food. I am almost never hungry, in fact some days I have to eat when I'm not hungry to meet my goals. This is just an example of what Greg is always preaching; Eat the right food and you won't be hungry.

For me i can eat 4200kcal of low fat whole food no issue and atm i burn about 3200kcal. 2800kcal for ne is nothing.

I play pro soccer and I eat 3,500+ it possible on average rest days about 2,500 but up the protein intake take out some fat and carbs. It’s really hard to fit meals in around such a hard schedule and I don’t get why people think you gotta eat every two hours or something

I mean... microwaving those egg whites was pretty nasty considering you can fry them up with some garlic and fresh herbs in about five minutes and have a breakfast that's 1000x tastier. But I'm not gonna judge if someone is in a rush.

I lost 4%body fat in around 5 months because of coach Greg, and I'm eating everything I want! All i did was counting my freaking calories! My abs are starting to pop out even though I eat fast foods and chocolates. It's all about calories in calories out people.

Have been listening to coach Greg for almost 5 months now. With trial and error and I found the exact amount calories for me to maintain and lose weight, and be stuffed. I can eat 1550 calories a day and be stuffed. Went from 120 to 117 in 5 months. Lost the weight slowly. It doesn’t even feel like I’m dieting. Love your recipes. Buy his fricken cookbook.

@@dulguung9691 I am 5”5 and really didn’t have much to lose. I am also weight training as well. Wanted to to do it as slow as possible. The scale has never gone back up and my clothes fit better and I’m not hungry. Must be doing something right.

Good on you! Don't take people on here too seriously, 3 lbs at 120 is really good. Think of it by percentage and not by pure numbers.

Started 6'2 320lbs, 7 months later now 260, and gained some muscle. Funny thing is, I maintain at 1800 a day, guess I'm a natural chill sloth, opposite to Greg lol. But today I only ate 1100 calories and I don't even feel like more. There's these frozen microwavable meals I found that are like 40% veg by weight, 40% lean chicken, only a little rice, and some green curry sauce. I just spam them and it's ridiculously filling. 400 calories for a reasonable portion. Best thing Tesco ever did.

@Islam and the life here after No it isn't. I have been experimenting with food and turkey burgers with low fat shredded cheese and lite mayo (or regular mayo) works well. I eat two to get full because I usually crave fries with it. It leaves me full for the next 4-5 hours. Recently, I just discovered protein milkshakes. So I've been drinking one after burgers now lmao. Pretty dope.

Wasn’t expecting this video to be so positive 😀, nice one Greg. I tried the whipped cream (low cal version) on oats after I first watched his video and it does taste amazing! Couldn’t seem to find the tinned pumpkin in major supermarkets here in the U.K. though, wanted to try it.

Guess I’m gonna press “start” and go stand in the other room from now on.. as if the faraday cage surrounding the microwave doesn’t protect you enough, they’re literally designed to keep the microwaves inside.. so unless you bypass the door and just have an open microwave going, you’ll be fine
