thank you for showing these exercises! just as curiosity, how do you manage to record these with empty gym? do you own the fitness centre? I noticed in most of your movies.

We usually film in the more quiet hours and the cameraman also captures the video in a way that the least amount of people get in the shot (like there was many people working out behind us)

have you ever had to stop working out for some time because of injury? if so, how did you cope with it?

I had some lower back problems but nothing serious. In case of injury, rest as long as you can and then start doing very light rehab exercises for the body part

Honest question, when you are doing the suitcase steps, why are you walking like that? Full engagement & range of motion?

Follow the howl Fair. I'm training for Rugby & I guess while I suitcase I walk with an urgency. I will slow down.

for me as a volleyball player i'm going explosive in the concentric phase and slow in the eccentric. it works on explosiveness as well as stability.

You will get a much better quality contraction with slow steps and light weight. The problem with fast steps and heavy weight is that you are moving forward with the momentum of the weight and the quality of stabilization is nowhere near as good. Instead you work more the traps and grip strength.

Not bad, but can you make a video where you really workout the legs HARD, like jumping split squats with turning 180 Degrees...or something like that, you are the creative guy...
