I entertain a lot now because I moved closer to my inlaws (there's about fifteen of them). It doesn't come naturally for me to entertain all of the time but this is a huge help!

I love all your tips, they are such a great help for me. Entertaining does not come naturally to me. I remember growing up in a small family that didn't have others over much and when I moved out on my own I had no clue about entertaining. I am going to definitely stock up on some unique food items. I love the idea of the entertainment bin. I think it would encourage me to entertain more often and have more impromptu get togethers without the usual stress. And, of course, you know how I love all the white dishes and serving pieces! They always set a gorgeous table, for any occasion or season, and they let the food take center stage beautifully! As an aside, I purchased white dishes before I found your channel, and I have to agree! They're so elegant looking, and when I entertain inside of my home, I always have dishes instead of paper plates. I'm slowly stocking up on the additional items (for bread, dipping oil, etc.), also in white. Love your channel!

Great video Nikki, I had sharing my entertaining caddy as one of my upcoming video for the spring. Great minds think alike. I have used this idea for about 6 months now, and it has been very helpful. I am always entertaining, having impromptu get together, or someone is always stopping by, and having to rush to cook, or pickup something was a pain. One of the best ideas I could have come up with. Oh yes, I been doing this for a while now...i stock my goodies from Aldi market , top decadence tasteful choices.... At very affordable price....ie; wines and their black label section m...which have chocolates, olives, cheeses, including brie 😍 for less than $5 ... And is organic !! ....all my entertainment hauls are from Aldi market ... All year round....

Yesenia Ortega Sparkling ciders are very elegant and tasty, I love to offer them in place of wine. Nice juices and smoothies are also a great alternative, I bought a silent blender to make smoothies while I have guests.

We do not drink alcohol in my home nor do we offer it to guests, however, I think your beverage tips are easily adjusted to the non-alcohol palate. Thanks!

Blossom2Titus Very old but sparkling ciders are great subsitites for wine and champagne. My mother bought it for me as a child and since we don't have alcohol in my home, I use them now. Apple looks exactly like champagne and is so elegant.

I second the sparkling cider! I have found some that are made without high fructose corn syrup. Pour into a pretty glas (wine or champagne)- lovely! Move over, Veuve Cliquot! 😁 I haven't tried this yet, but I have a recipe book for non-alcoholic "cocktails". Fun and fancy need not come with alcohol! 😉
