Easy Low Carb Keto Sandwich

This is the best keto breakfast sandwich I’ve had And it’s so easy to make.
You need
Cheese
Sausage
Eggs
Spinach
I keep cooked sausage on hand to make the process even easier.
This is about 6 grams of net carbs and it’s so filling!

if you want to take it to the next level, add one tbsp of almond flour with a dash of baking powder to the mix of each slice to give it a much more bread-like consistency .... almond flour has only 1g of net carb per tbsp.

Cholesterol isn’t your problem Cholesterol is only a problem when you have sugar in your blood and it starts moving slower and flowing slower And the cholesterol helps heal it making it thicker and having your blood flow slower It’s all sugars and carbs fault

@@SLeon24 don’t have to be a master chef to look at this & tell it’s 1/3 of a cup.. 2.7oz if tht wasn’t exact enough lol. cool thing about simple recipes like this is u don’t need exact measurements.. pretty safe to assume she just whipped this up so I doubt she has the exact measurements her damn self lol. literally put as little or as much cheese as u want.. Again, if u need the exact details for sumn like this I doubt there’s any sort of magic goin on in tht kitchen but we’ll take ur word for it 💀
