Good morning, due to buoyancy you will float a little bit but you shouldn't float up to the surface. I would like to mention that if the lounge is sectioned off like a cockpit your less likely to float as much. Open lounges allow the water to flow up underneath you as jets are running and you tend to float more. Hope this helps!

The best option, is to get a larger hot tub with enough seats for everyone, AND a lounger, because you may not always want to be in the lounger
