These are lights which are used for other thn mentioned in colreg For example in Singapore when a deep draft vessel enter she must place 3 Green light When a vessel enter Canakale straight in Turkey 🇹🇷 and needs quarantine clearance she must put white over Red light So in such cases and many more these lights are used

@@tejinjacob1012 You're missing the point. I've had to deal with both Dell and Comcast technicians who speak the way he does, and it is a royal pain trying to make out what they are saying. And then when those technicians get excited, they break into a combination of English and Hindi, which, for a typical American, is impossible to understand. I'm sure the creator knows what he is talking about in this video. But he is very difficult to understand. I am not questioning his intelligence; I do not know how anybody got that idea.
