OMG, I build one of these beasts solo on a modded server and holy smokes it was a chore, but definitely a labor of love. It's a floating fortress and I loved it! Big thumbs up, thanks for highlighting this ship, slapping the big red rectangle for more!

Nice video good choice of music. I agree the Devs need to get their heads out of their butts and start using the modes, the sad thing is after a while they a sign different developers to the task every few years, I guess they get burnt out after a while. Keep up the good work! Cheers!

Great ship, I like using mine in single player. Also a heads up, the HeavyShips+ mod still works fine on current game build. They have a lot more weight so you can build some fancy ships and not take too much of a hit on speed.

Genuinely curious, would you guys prefer if ATLAS was more realistic with everything like the ships, metal armor, and animals or do you like the whole fantasyish stuff in it? I'm kinda torn because I like the bosses but want a realistic game like it

They could make it both… make ships look realistic. And have bosses ,, Make it feel more like a pirate game ya know? Get rid of ways to min max lol… maybe make structures no weight anything but also not be able to soak dmg on ships or something idk..

@@susanoatlas currently trying to make morion style armor on blender to replace the metal armor in the game just for my single player but can't get the shoulders to look realistic. Haven't really thought much about making the gameplay realistic but those seem like good ideas

I am gaming OG and have grind many many mmo`s and other PC titles that are worth talking about for real.. but I never heard about Atlas at all, this Atlas does make me think of sea of thieves.. If there is one small multiplayer pirate ship game I miss, it would be Cloud Pirates.. And the best pirate based mmo game to this date would be a 2005 title called Uncharted Waters Online (lost memories seven wonders) Edit: I uninstalled Atlas after 30 minutes game crashed a couple of times, the character style and movement was not it for 2018 game that has been updated since, I just expected way more, also the typographic overlays on the screen does not make it immersive and things overall feels off, unneeded steep learning curve too, very similar style like 'Scum' - it did just not meet my taste, it just looks and feels like Ark Survival reskin (clunky af).. I am now hoping that Skull and Bones publishers will make things worthwhile in the pirate genre..
