Sounds great. Very versatile tone with just scooping the mids a bit. Loved the tone with the pre engaged. Reminds me of Slash’s tone.

Thanks for doing this! I've been using athe Atomic Ampli-Firebox at the end of my pedalboard for going direct into the house and have been blown away. Definitely an underrated company and product!!!

@@LeonTodd I use it list exclusively as a clean amp when my Matchless is just too loud. When j listen back to the recordings it is almost impossible to tell the difference. Killer unit.

I enjoy learning from ur vids. I have a Line 6 Spider V120 MK11 that has similar effects in it. Not all of them but enough. So I used what you had done with my stuff as much as possible, and came up with a Kick Ass sound!! I don't have as many eq's and Low pass filters but I was able ta use what I do have to nail a sound down. I do plan on getting one of the Atomic Amplifire 12 I guess it is, yet for now I will use what I got. It worked out great and am gonna do a few more of your Atomic settings with some of the other heads I have available to me. This Line 6 has a bunch. Next Archon for some Thrash. I hope there is a Solo 100 one! I really like the Engl sound too. The part of the vid that really got me was when you said, "okay now I usually put the B/M/T at 7 to get it right." As soon as I did that from 5, Bam it just took the sound to a way cool new level. Okay long enough, thank you much!

I once heard you say in a comment section a long time ago - in response to all the gear prejudice- that you are able to dial in any reasonably decent rig and get a usable tone. I didn't realize the significance of that statement at the time - but it somehow stuck with me and in the long run its been a very valuable lesson.

A lot of great records were made with "student" gear like Fender Champs and Les Paul Juniors - if it inspires you to play music, that's all that really matters at the end of the day.

Thank You Leon for taking the time to save several me hours of stumbling, fumbling and bumbling so I can get usable tones. These are really excellent units and if you like playing more than spending a month on dialing in playable tones, take the time to run this through your Mac or PC. It makes all the difference in the world. I love my AF6 so much, I bought a 2nd one. There may be better modelers, but at what cost ? I don't just mean price. I think the sound f***ing great and you will be up and running in no time. Very good Support also by Atomic if you follow directions and just ask nicely lol.Respect goes both ways. Peace-
