Vpioneer, you express my feelings exactly. First saw Rafa play at Monte Carlo, abt 16 yrs old, and he beat Costa, the reigning RG champ, if I remember correctly. Fell in love with him then, his game, his attitude. He has gone from strength to strength since then, but what is so impressive is what a great human being he is also. A lot of that due to his upbringing by an exceptional family, but credit must be given to his own humility, tenacity, resilience and care for other people, especially those less fortunate than he is. A class act.

@@michelez715 I just watched that match this morning, 23 Aug 22. This guy didnt even smile, let alone celebrate when he won. He had that much respect for Costa. I bet he always remembered what Uncle Toni told him about players who won big tournaments but never made it big. So being humble was very important. Its amazing. Similar reaction he made against Moya in the Hamburg match that same year. He couldnt even look at Moya in the eye, at the net. At match point the ball just missed the line, looked like he wanted to run away, went towards the line more than going to the net. Its a bit strange. Amazeballs! ✌

Limeta News No he’s not, he can only beat Rafa when he’s hurt. Look right now, even though Rafa has been hurt, Rafa’s still leading the ATP race. That’s pathetic for you to say Novak is better when he can’t even lead the race against a guy who has been limping his way through the season. The only reason Novak has gotten to #1 since 2012 is because Rafa has gotten injured. EVERY TIME. Novak is a great player, don’t mistake what I’m saying as looking down upon him, but Rafa and Roger are a class ahead of Novak. Roger is old now but in his prime he was so dominant. Right now we are in the twilight of their careers and Novak is the youngest, it is not unexpected he should look the best at this point, particularly since his body is the freshest- Roger and Rafa have won the most and played the most matches, Roger is older by a good bit and Rafa even with all those injury breaks has many more matches than Novak which is a testament to how good he is, when he plays, he wins. But as I said, Rafa still leads the Race tot eh ATP WTF’s. If Novak was better than Rafa he would be leading the race by a lot because Rafa has been limping his way through this season.

Limeta News How did he get number 1 before injury??? Rafa got hurt in 2014! And Novak lost number 1 to Murray 😂!!!! He wasn’t injured. Murray punked him 😂. It was the last match of 2016, with world #1 and year end number one on the line. Murray beat Novak pure and simple. Novak wasn’t injured. Don’t try to make injury excuses, Novak got hurt at the 2017 Wimbledon. I had to apologize to a Novak fan because I thought he was faking but he missed the rest of the season so I apologized. That loss to Murray to lose the world number 1 is another clear piece of evidence Novak is not on Roger and Rafa’s level. Those two would never get punked by Murray and lose the number 1 like that 😂.
