I have thought of this for a bit but atreus is actually possesed. If we go back to God of war 2018 when atreus was sick and Kratos had to go to norse hell to retrieve the heart of the troll. Half of atreus soul bits stayed with him but actually the other half went into the river of souls and into the light. The other souls bits from the trolls was not parts of atreus but of some other kind of god or entity. Rember heimdall said what a twisted little soul

He was emotionless not scared or upset that's when I started to believe he was possesed. Everything happened to fast which is probably what he was emotionless but he may of changed then

@@srstriker6420 that was a part of Kratos's imagination I suppose because mimir himself said that and we also saw baldur and Freya conversation and atreus seeing how he killed magni so zeus was just drawn from Kratos's memory

Its actually good theory i like it,and make sence,we see him drink some of that water so it should be at least one part of animal or giant inside him now,it cant be a god cuz the light is just for animals or giants,its hard to be a giant cuz they all left the 9 realms maybe its a gaint has died in the 9 realms and when his soul come to the light atrues took it accidentally, or maybe animal and we r gonna see this animal abilities in atrues some like gameplay mechanics and also atrues is related to animals,your predection that may be faye or greek one doesn't make sence,faye already dead before this 3 years ago and greek one maybe but its hard , Love your theories bro am waiting for more

@@mournvil22 yes but faye WAS in the light,after the souls goes the lake they start slowly going up into the light,and when they are up the light send this soul to another new creature born and faye's death was at least 3 years ago ,and also atrues didn't hear her in the light not like gow2018 when she was like month or two since she dies so there is no way faye still in the light it's already gone,it doesn't make sence too if she was the sending him to iroonwood that's just stupid for a lot of reasons, atrues going to iroonwood was because he's thinking about it and with the help of something magical, he did the same shit to go to the house,
