Attempting Cubfan's Empires Challenge!

Today Tara Molecoid attempts Cubfan's Empires Challenge, where the goal is to use 13 stacks of blocks from every empire and make a unique build in only 13 minutes!
The rules of the challenge are:
1. Only use the 13 stacks of blocks from the screenshot
2. You can craft blocks but only from the original 13 stacks
3. 13 minute time limit (you won't be able to place all blocks)
4. No pre-planning
