Science museums are sorely underrated!! La Specola in Florence Italy was one of the most interesting museums I have ever visited in my life. I just remember wax dioramas of literally anything anatomical you can think of, rows of display cases with thousands of taxidermized animals, and artistic, medical drawings covering every single square inch of the walls. So glad y'all had a blast - it looked like it from everyone's socials!

Very nice . Everyone looked lovely.and having fun. Your trip to the medical museum. Makes me want to rewatch the TV Show The Knick. It was a hospital drama I liked it a lot. I think it's set in The early 1900s. If you haven't seen it the costumes imo were good. However I'm not a historian . It is still worth watching .

i enjoyed the medical museum, i really liked the first half that had all those beautiful antique medicine bottles on display and looked like a pharmacy. there was one sequence i can't remember which part but near the end of the medical museum tour where one surgical tool reminded me of a pizza cutter. the scene with the dinosaurs reminded me of a mini series called Prehistoric Park. i strongly recommend watching it's a fun series, sad it was short but it was so well done the best way i can describe it. was it had a more organic feel. and the bear at the end looked so cool, i had to do a double look because i thought he had a sweater on too lol. the ball was lovely and all the gowns were so beautiful.

It was also cool to see some museums I'll likely not have a chance to see myself anytime soon, since I live in Germany, so that was fun! I watched this vlog whilst prepping a bunch of embroidery stuff for my Big 2023 project, The Bear Gown (aka. the Lady Vex'ahlia de Rolo gown) - loads of tiny golden leaves waiting to be made. ✨️ I always enjoy your vlogs, they're kind of like a thing where I go "Okay, taking a half hour break from life, do some sewing and watch Noelle's video" and this ine was extra fun with all the other sewing folk I also follow also being around! 💕🥰

On the one hand, it looks like so much fun...on the other hand....my anxiety about so many people being so close without masks on.....I would want to go to one of these, but I wouldn't be able to go to one of these...My brain is on the sucky side of life. Anyways, for this weekend, I have planned to visit with a friend who is bringing me sewing to do for her since she doesn't have time and I do. I'm also going to finish a support demon I impulsively started drafting a pattern for (crochet). I just have its decorations (horns, mouth, ears, maybe other style lines, not sure yet). I created a spreadsheet of my projects to organize what I have going and where it is to try and figure out what in all I'm working on. Mr Aziraphael enjoyed the pets. He sends back rubs. He is sitting on my ironing pad, looking out the window as the sun sets, apparently quite happy, based on the bed at the tip of his tail as it's wrapped around his legs.
