That's wild! That you just DISCOVERED a litter of pinkies in one of your boxes?? I guess that's the kind of thing that can happen when you run a breeding operation! I wonder if next video we will see the mama mouse running around in the car?? :D

if i had found a litter of pinkies every time when one of my feeders managed to escape during the cleaning day i would have a lot more feeders than i know what to do with :D but yeah, after several dozens of litters you really just scoop them up like a handfull of wiggly jelly beans. as for the mom, i wouldn't be surprised by finding her in the car or even back in the expo in one of other boxes

They're clearly too young to be terrified or even understand what's happening or struggle for too long while trying to fight the reptile for survival like an older mouse would. Its not ideal but their end was Far better then slowly starving to death.

Its actually really good for kids to talk to them like a regular human being rather than trying to baby talk them. It makes them feel like you're taking them seriously and value their thoughts and opinions. And if they're young it'll help their brains understand more complex language faster. In general it just shows you respect them and kids will respond well to people who treat them as their own person. Kids are way more intelligent than they're given credit for :)

I know the pinkies are now food, and no longer with us, but mother had to be very very close. The milk bands in the babies (the thin part of their stomach where you can see if the stomach has food in their stomach) are very clear, meaning they very recently fed. They looked very very new. Possibly birthed on the ride down.

I don’t love it. I’m disappointed in them. They always made it sound like they humanely euthanized their mice before feeding to snakes. Which I’m STILL against, but it’s at least a LITTLE better. Instead, they walked around with poor LIVE babies asking if people wanted to feed them to snakes. I’ve lost all respect for them.
@HybridAngel

@@TaraMichelleMD to be fair, the mom was nowhere in sight, they didn’t have any means of proper euthanasia with them, and honestly, if they were in the wild, mom wasn’t around, it’s highly likely they would’ve been eaten in the wild, or died on their own, then eaten. At the very least by giving them to reptile vendors, it is a nice treat for the reptiles, who if in the wild, would be eating them anyway. Think about it logically, don’t put only emotion into situations like this. It makes you seem immature and ignorant…

I actually started to have a panic attack when Dave pretended to eat a pinky! Oh Jebus! Can't cope with people eating live animals! Thanks for the caption and you absolutely got me 🤣😅

I was having massive mental health issues and panic attacks a bit earlier before watching this, the lil pinkie babies broke my heart a little but they all went to hungry mouths, thank you 💖 (I’ve had a baby corn so I know small snakes need pinkies/sneks gotta snek and eat c:) thank you so much for giving so many leos good homes 💕 thank you for perking me up and improving the lives of so many reptiles, you and Ed are too precious 😭💖 “here’s your Wiggles!” Warmed my heart 😭

Thanks for finding a way so the pinkie mice didn't die of cold or starvation and also thank you for not showing us exactly what those ways were. Thank you as well to everyone still wearing a mask, and congratulations for all the adoptions! Fun fact: While "ak-sah-lot-l" is considered an acceptable and correct way to pronounce the animal's name in English-speaking places, in Nahuatl/Nawatl (the language it comes from) it is pronounced "ah-SHOW-lote." There's an L sound at the end that isn't an English L, you would have to listen to a native speaker say it to understand how to make the sound in your mouth. Not a rag, just a genuine fun fact I wanted to share!

Yep, they shall now simply be eaten alive and slowly digested in a horribly painful way. =P

@@neolithiumproduction I don't think they are able to breathe in there so they won't experience any digestion process.

@@neolithiumproduction one bite and they're gone. There's no pain. They would've died in a much more painful way in that box if not given to keepers who's reptiles ate them. The jostling them around bit was a little odd tho, considering how tiny and newborn they are...

I’m not going to lie, the “these aren’t sour patch kids” part is the first time I lost my appetite while watching your videos 😱. I no longer want my dinner, but I still finished watching! 😭
