I've Never Had Such Delicious Pasta! Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

This creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is one of my favorite pasta! 😋
I have prepared a delicious creamy pasta recipe that you can make at home without going to a restaurant 👩‍🍳
It's easy and great for dinner!
Your family will love it! 💖🥰💖
- Ingredients (servings: 2)
● 1 onion
● 2 chicken breasts
● salt, black pepper
● 6 mushrooms
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● water
● 200g fettuccine
● butter
● ½ tbsp chopped garlic
● 350 ml of cream
● ½ cup of milk
● ¼ cup of parmesan cheese
- Tips
● If you leave out parmesan cheese, add more salt
● If you do not use butter, you can replace it with olive oil

I'm Italian, please let me say that Italian original recipe of Pasta all"Afredo it's easier. Just butter and parmesan, lots of both, and pasta of course. ( Spaghetti or fettuccini traditionally). And, if you like it, you can add a bit of black pepper. Enjoy it

I like the way you cook. I love garlic but sometimes it doesn’t love me back. So I use roasted garlic in my cooking. Roasted garlic can be added to sauces at the end. Mild, smooth and nutty. It’s easy to prepare and have on hand, also you will never burn it trying to cook it down.

This looks delicious and undoubtedly my favorite meal! I love making it. 🥰 Thank you! However, I cringed at putting meat on a wood cutting board. I know different cultures do it differently, but I had to say something... I was taught to only use wood cutting boards for fruits and veggies, NO MEAT. I use the other kind of cutting boards for meat. I'm not hating or trying to be ugly. I just noticed it and felt weak for a minute. This is how I was taught to prevent cross contamination. Anyway, great recipe. I honestly feel the need to make some now... ☺️

You are right. Also don't cut garlic on a wooden cutting board or it will forever smell like garlic and will also transfer the taste to food where you dont want garlic. Tip from my mum

Wood is a naturally bactericidal material. It's fine material to cut meat on, and it's easier on your knives. You can use a dedicated board for your meat if you like but it's not necessary. We've been doing it that way for thousands of years. Veggies first, then meat and there's no risk of cross contamination. Just wash with soap and dry after each use.
