The recently concluded episode of The Soft Side of Excellence, co-hosted by the Caribbean Center for Organizational Excellence and Soft Skills AHA, USA, was an engaging exploration of the enduring debate: does attitude outweigh aptitude in determining success?

• What successful companies prioritize - is it hiring for attitude and training for aptitude or focusing on technical expertise while shaping soft skills on the job?
