Hello and thanks for the great information. Just one question for now: After filling out the form and watching this video, it seems that demonstrating a good salary is important, but most applicants come from third world countries whose currencies are really weak and salaries for professionals are even far below the minimum wage in the US. But if by any chance, a candidate does have a good salary in a third world country, maybe they wouldn't be planning to leave their home country. In short, if USCIS thinks my salary is too low, can I just say, "Yes! And that's the point."? --- Sorry for the irony, but I guess my question is: "Can I apply even when my salary is very low?"
