Now I feel this phrase was also given so that we never ask the government for anything and just keep working and be scared of our future always. This case just made me realize this country system doesn't even care for us. When the judge said that the kid cannot be handed over to the grandmother as the kid is stranger to the petitioner. @stipidipity11 сағат бұрын
@@A.T1996 Yes I agree, there are laws that help women out, and yeah some people might take advantage of that. But we can’t ignore the fact that a lot of women still aren’t getting the justice they should, and many cases don’t even go to court. But it's s really messed up that even innocent men aren’t getting justice either because there aren’t any laws for them. Lawmakers really need to step up and make laws that support men as well.
@stipidipity11 сағат бұрын
@@MINEWISE ofcourse the case is still ongoing, and sadly, many rape cases often remain unresolved for years. It's impossible to predict how long it will take to achieve justice for the doctor in this situation. A striking example is the Nirbhaya case, which highlights just how lengthy these processes can be. The Atul Subhash case is particularly heartbreaking, and we can only hope that justice is served soon. Additionally, there should be equality in legal matters, as it’s important to have laws that also support men.

Thanks Mohak for raising awareness on this. While you have raised very valid point on messed up Judiciary in our country, I would suggest you to spend some quality time in any family court and experience how all husbands and fathers are being ill- treated in the court. Each member of the Judiciary treats Husband/ Father as lifetime ATM like monthly pension. He is treated and assumed Guilty from day 1 of the court proceedings. All valid evidences brought by husbands are ignored by Judiciary while just bare verbal statement of the wife is taken as strong evidence against husband. Maintenance laws are made for genuine victims but nowadays wife demands lakhs of rupees for her luxurious lifestyle although she is earning enough for herself. And Judiciary also supports such wrongs of wife.

I have struggled a long way and tried to secure a job and survive on my own... Despite all my struggle, he is embarassing me in front of everyone including the relatives, office colleagues and is threatening me to get me out of my job. He ensures to leave me embarassed and insulted so that he wins the situation playing a victim card of a helpless widower. I have struggled a long long way all this while... With no single support from anybody... And I am now literally at the same spot as Atul... Neither can I try to get out of this house. Nor can I live my life.. I don't see any valid point in continuing this nonsense just to enslaved under a toxic family. He has money power and society's support. And he can easily get me crushed if I seek any legal support.

Its extremely important for such cases to be brought up,its super unfortunate that atul had to lose his life for such a concern to be blown up in india.Everytime an issue is brought up,someone has to die after going through HORRIBLE things just for our justice system to ignore it COMPLETELY after the society dies down...
