Those bumper damper bolts are a pain. I had one get stuck and chewed up too. Managed to get it off in the end with a bolt grabber kit - ERBAUER BOLT & NUT REMOVER SET 6 PCS. Thanks for listing all the torque settings too 👍

Hi. Thanks for the video. I have the exact same problem on my Audi. But I don't know where to buy a new arm and a Repair kit to store it. Can you please send me some code for this part? Thank you.

As a long time business owner why can't we choose the work we would like to undertake or be too busy(sometimes we are fully booked for 3 weeks). Frequently the vehicle owner will expect instant fix and to be charged what they are happy to pay versus what it actually takes to do the job fully, professionally, timely, correctly and without a scratch on any parts or panels, fixed the first time( no returns for faulty workmanship). Which includes replacing every contributing part and inclusive of manufacturer recommended replacement bolts, studs, gaskets etc, having the right tools. We are too often expected to fully warranty and yet partially charge the owner. Interested how you charged your neighbour for parts, scan and reset, battery recharge, freight and labour. Note also we are required by environmental law to capture all air condition gas and dispose of correctly, definitely not just release gas to ozone. Personally I like these types of jobs. Interestingly the v6 model tensioner stud for the timing belt will snap also if not replaced and tensioned correctly. A 32 min video can make a 10hr job look relatively simple and appealing. This is not a complaint but a point of view so keep up the great work. Always enjoy your can do approach with systematic evaluation and planning.

If i remember well you don't need to take off the aircon radiator. You can flip it to side by separating it from the coolant radiator. :-). I could be wrong as i taken apart one of these more than 10 years ago..
