Engine looking mint Chris! Spend today putting new performance Blistien B8 rear shocks absorbers in.Had EBC performance discs all round few months ago and some Brembo HP pads.Good video mate 😊👍

Why didn't you break off the oil filler extension pipe? you don't need it anymore once you've removed the old airbox and fitted an induction kit.

I didn't see anything like that when doing this but if there is and I need to fit it back for any reason its still there 👍🏻

Its the new revised one from Audi orange one is the old version ,make sure you get the yellow 👍

Hi mate its a bit of a pain but I did it by removing the alternator and going through the side instead of taking the manifold off and you will need some triple square bits to remove some hard pipes out of the way. Make sure you refit a genuine part

Looking at buying a 2012 mk2 but noticed water sitting in the battery well and heavy conditioning on the top of the battery when I lifted the cover , any thoughts on this ? Is it a known problem and do you know how to fix ? Cheers

hey chris i have a audi tts mk2 when i first start driving in the morning it feels like its holding back i have taken it to the garage and they say there is no faults comming up...... i think its the fuel pump.... what was the issues your car was having when your fule pump was faulty...? and is there a garage you could recomend in london or not to far from london that may be able to sort the problem

Hi mate I changed the high pressure fuel pump because it would not hold pressure properly and was hard to start first thing but once it started it ran perfectly.im in Surrey not sure if that's to far for you? Also it might be worth scanning the car for codes and looking at the live data for the fuel if you think it could be fuel related and one more thing have you replaced the cam follower? If not I have a vid on doing it

@@CarChris82 i have had the cam follower changed........ they checked live data but the garage says it all looks good ...if you have a number or website of a garage that might be able to help I would appreciate .......

Hi Chris, was that rattle on startup? And only last 1 or 2 seconds then stops? Think I’ve got the same thing. Thanks One guy online said if you leave the car a while the engine oil goes into the sump so when you start you get 2 secs of rattle. Know anything about this?

What engine do you have ? Mine has no rattle must be the mic check out my other vid on engine rattle

@@CarChris82 In the video you said you had a rattle on start up so got a chain replaced. I’m not sure what engine I’ve got it’s a mk2 2012 facelift so I think it’s not the same engine.

@@UnreleasedUnderworld oh sorry yes I had the chain and tensioner changed on the right hand side which connects the camshafts.shafts together. Your engine is different you have a ea888 engine which just has the chain.check out another vid on my mates car who had a rattle on his which I believe to be the same engine as yours
