I just bought a Marshall Motif II ANCi speaker Marshall Willen and for everyone who compares I can say that since I can remember I've been listening to music since there were cassettes and walkman, I've tried everything from Sony to Audiotehnica to Airpods of all kinds to JBL, Sennheiser i had them all, Marshall have the best sound I've heard in my 48 years of life. Marshall blew everything away with sound and quality in such a small boxes its amazing, honestly I took a little risk because I wasn't sure about the Motif because you couldn't try headphones in the store, but when I tried it Willen that was it! Worth every pound, incomparable sound quality on the speaker and on the headphones, I will pack all my Airpods and Sony devices and give them away under the Christmas tree, Marshall stays of course!!! thank you for review!

Oh well I was really disappointed not to see an audio quality test and a little of your opinion on it. Thats an important point for earbuds especially considering their coming from a brand with a rich audio backround. But as for both the transparency and ANC that actually sounded really good. One thing I'd also be interested in seeing is how the ANC in cafe environment sounds while playing music. Or a simulated airplane/bus/train environment. Either way, great video apart from that, as always.

@@huyphucnguyen5623 Here’s my take. If you listen to mostly acoustic genre of music or want to have that guitar sound shine, Motif 2 is the best option for $199. The sound stage is not as close as my old Grado labs headphone, but pretty close. You don’t want a larger soundstage if you want to hear each guitar chord being strum or pluck. I have a Momentun 4 and had XM3,4 and 5 and non of these will bring you closer to the sound source in order to hear that chord in details. Though I have a Momentum 4 headphone, I specifically bought the Motif 2 for listening to Cigarettes After Sex band or the type of song like Fade into you by Mazzy Star. I used the Marshal IOS App equalizer (Mid reduction) and it sounds AWESOME! The Sony will have more bass and wider soundstage that you’ll miss the details of the instrument being played closeup.

The looks are easily amongst the best out there! As for Samsung, I don't know. For some reason a mid-year refresh feels off to me, but maybe that's because I'm thinking of the Pros that just came out not long ago. Maybe the non pros might come with the fold, but it would feel better next Jan/Feb. I have a bunch of earbuds reviews coming up and a big comparison in the next 2 months or so. I found out about Mate while in college in California! Love it.

the look of these buds is for me personally 12/10 they are looking amazing. unfortunately the sound is worse than on a 50$ buds and ANC and Transparecy are rubbish. microphone for voice calls i think they bought it from china for 0.001 $ per microphone. a fair price for what it is would be about 50$ not 200$. Not even apple does OP their buds that much

What is the volume? Some said that they need to be strengthened a lot to make it ok. I wonder if they should be turned up almost all the way to be heard or if people are exaggerating.

I personally don't ever test for how loud they get as you shouldn't be listening at it at high volumes anyways. I won't take part in facilitating the damage of your ears. Sorry. It's a policy and moral issue for me.

There aren’t any earbuds or headphones that I ever have to listen to at max. If you feel like you have to do that then you already have hearing damage. Driver size doesn’t matter. That’s marketing.

I bought Marshall just 2 days ago after comparing it to xm5. 1. It is cheaper (50usd more or less cheaper thn XM5) 2. The design are superb and giving rock and roll vibes. 3. I test both sound (it is subjective) with my S24 Ultra on 50 to 70% Volume, and i can't find much difference between both of em. 4. I do like treble sounds more thn bass, and man oh man the sound balance for me personally was AWESOME. Thats my take.
