Is this you People's First self improvement book. Mainstream self-improvement books usually take much longer to get to their point. Flow for example is one of the most popular self-improvement books out there. And it's a super long book that covers a topic that can be explained in a couple sentences. This book gives you multiple things to try out and techniques and it's only an hour long. And it's free. And the advice it gives is good and helpful. I just looked up how long the audiobook of Flo was and its 6 and a half hours. I tried to find an audiobook for the subtle art of not giving a f*** but I couldn't find one free. But I asked Google how long it would take to read it and it said for the average person it would take 3 and 1/2 hours to read it

What are you talking about. There's lots of information in this book it talks about reframing it talks about meditation it talks about breathing exercises, mindfulness, and so much more. And it's not a very long book. And it doesn't really waste time it gets the point pretty quickly. It even summarize is what you've learned. And yes these things can help if you do them. I have used them in my life and they have worked. I did know most of the stuff before I read this book though.
@MrNikArt5 ай бұрын
@@mr.e7541 You're right. This book does have useful information, but it definitely could have been shorter and more to the point. Most likely we're just used to different books, as I often listen to short summaries, and you probably prefer full originals. In any way, I hope you have a great day. = )

Doesn't fuckimg work if there's never an end to the shity situations exactly if u just ask to come out amd say it to ur face but they never respect u just talk loud enough so u can hear it and doing so disrespect u so if u can't beat them join them ❤❤❤
@Matthew2414a5 ай бұрын
@Noboby-t7x Sorry to learn you are in a very difficult environment. No need to "join them". Ignoring them is the best solution and work at building your own self up. Get involved in activities that will allow you to spend time with more positive people. Join a club, do volunteer work at an animal shelter, take a class in art, music, sports at a local college....anything to get the focus back on yourself and what you want out of life. Journal your feelings. Plan how to raise your Emotional IQ. Save money so you can get yourself set up for a more positive future. I hope the best for you.

What book did you listen to. This book did not take long to get to the point. Especially compared to most self-improvement books that take 100 pages to tell you one topic
