Old and in the way, I've been very sick for several days. Having Gabra Zackman's narrative during my most troubled sleep has been very healing. I believe Gabra Zackman could make me feel better no matter what she recited. Of course "The Art of Being" is pure elixir unto itself. Bless y'all for comforting an old man.

What is the sacred? I am. How is it sacred? That I am. Why is it sacred? That it has become that I am. That's why the path is no path. You cant go anywhere to get to where you always are. It's in you. You got the stuff kid

This is their chosen way of supporting themselves i imagine. As others have mentioned, slow it down to 75. Everyone gets the tempo that fits their need!

For some, it’s better to hear these lessons straight ahead, and maybe as quickly as possible- like a parched sponge- instead of slurred and slowed for theatrical “spiritual” effect. I personally am so annoyed whenever people start speaking like hypnotists just because the subject is spirituality. That’s a big pet peeve for me. It hits me like a red flag, too, because anyone could “assume the tone” and say anything, but you might get so lured by the tone you don’t critically think of what they’re saying to you. So we can adjust the speed back and forth in the settings- thank goodness- and everyone will be comfortable.
