Wait until you hear him sing "Nothing Compares to You".. he was a beautiful, and yes, you guessed it, a sort of troubled soul. I still get sad when I think about his passing. When he started out, he was a drummer, and just had such a knack for singing. And he had a pretty tremendous vocal range.

His lyrics are always deep and have a darkness and sadness to them. I don't know if you know he passed away a little over five years ago from suicide.

This was also my first time hearing any song from Audioslave and since the video is blured I can only say what I heard - a huge amount of melancholy coming from his voice. Beautiful, but emotionally a bit too heavy and it's not because of the lyrics or the music, it's only his voice. Really powerful vocals. Anyway, thank you for all those reactions of yours, because I would probably never take a time to listen to any of the music which I already don't know, but with you it is fun and I also learn something new and discover some really good musicians. 🖤

They everyone but specially the guitarist which this was a solo project from him with the rest of the band, the guitarist original band was non other than rage against the machine, if you listen to rage you will understand the guitar genius and how that solo was so different from the rest. Also, the vocalist is Chris Cornell he unfortunately killed himself on tour on a hotel room... it's very interesting his story. In addition, the lyrics of this song are very important to understand how he understood the world and how this life wasn't working for him, a lot of conflict and torment on that mind.

This is a beautiful song for Chris' voice...made all the more tragic by the lyric about dying alone...RIP Chris Cornell, who committed suicide alone. After a show. He suffered from depression and social anxiety forever...but on stage, he was so alive and brilliant! Guitarist Tom Morrello, formerly of Rage Against the Machine, creates some.very unique sounds. Together, Audioslave was very successful.

I don’t find it “cute”. Manners and politeness between couples is often sorely lacking…and one reason so many relationships fail. Consideration and open communication…two absolutely necessary ingredients for a successful relationship. Andre and Dominika seem to realize that.

The word in English you are looking for is "Longing." It speaks of a sorrow over something attainable, yet just out of grasp. And this song expresses this beautifully. Plus, I'd like to add, while Chris (RIP) and Tom are in the front, and are amazing, Brad (on drums) and Tim (on bass) really make this song incredible. They are the unsung heroes!

"Of a book full of death, reading how we'll die alone" = Bible "In your House" "Room by Room" = God's House/Mansion consists of many rooms (John 14:2) "To a place I recall, I was there so long ago The sky was bruised, the wine was bled" = Heaven, our souls came from heaven before we were born or probably a church "I'll wait for you there like a stone" = He was waiting for his DEATH RIP Chris
