This is the same BTP who failed to stop the Manchester Arena bomber even when a member of the public pointed the suspect out to them. Those two were completely out of their depth, and considering using section 1 of PACE, what a silly girl, especially trying to use whispered shorthand code from the gobby one to the tattooed officer, "Section 1"? But AB called them out.......😂😂😂

@Lookup2Wakeup there’s a lot more things that I’d say would be alot more “sloppy” tho, such as seeing some fat troll of an officer, or even that other woman’s miserable face. I’m sure there’s some things that people would describe are sloppy about you tho, I don’t see why it should be different for a police officer I get their the face of the law but as long as their look doesn’t give off a unlawful vibe or they look physically unfit for their job then I don’t see what the problem is.

In southend the police can lie in statements and court, get found to have lied by judges, psd and ipcc (as it was then) and get management action and keep their job. Incivility is almost encouraged and refusal to identify is expected. These officers would only get congratulated if a complaint was brought against them.

She's a public servant and she asked you to stop filming her, get a different job then! As a police officer you should NOT tell a member of the public who is in a public place to stop filming, as anybody who is not clued up would feel they NEED to. Which is very dangerous no camera on them means they could easily abuse their powers.

Hey AB. whilst you are under no obligation to answer any of the following questions, I would sincerely appreciate an honest response. 1. In which country were you born? 2. What is your residence status in the uk? 3. Are you employed in a job in the conventional sense of the phrase? (ie not as a blogger etc but working for a wage,) 4. Assuming (yeah, an assumption, but I cannot place your accent in any region of the UK) you behaved in this manner in your country of origin, what would be the expected outcome?

They get nervous because you're not responding to the "why" question. Don't seem embarassed by the question, simply answer "I'm recording the police station because you don't seem to like it although it is perfectly legal for me to do so".... I'd love to see their reaction. The issue always I guess is that you don't respond anything. Even just saying "intent is a private thing that you are not privvy to. Am I breaking the law? No, so this is the end of our conversation" would be a better choice than not responding anything. Or you can still "play dumb" by questioning every statement in their questions, like "Why are you filming the police station?" "Was I filming the police station? Any proof of that?".
