Ahh yes! I’m actually so pissed bc at my local grocery store there was ALWAYS ramen, the soup aisle was always stocked, hardly anyone would even buy ramen or canned soup. And bc I don’t know how to make soup I always opted for ramen in the plastic package and soup in a can. But now if I go to the grocery store the soup aisle is literally empty, I mean there’s hardly anything. And the fuckjng ass wipes who are buying all of the soup don’t even like it, they’re just panicking bc the virus. They’re stock piling and hoarding food and at first I wasn’t really upset but now I’m actually starting to get angry lmao So I can’t begin to imagine how other people feel.

Hello guys I don’t really know English but I’m going to try my best. I saw this recipe and I was already in love. I just finished my noodle as I’m writing this and my parents are eating my dish. I’m going to tell you some flaws that I found in the recipe. The lovely woman put way too much miso, salt and soya sauce so be careful and put a little less. By the way, I fried the mushrooms and the garlic together not separately. First, as a beginner, for the eggs and flour, just put it in a bowl and not on the counter because it’s going to get everywhere and it made a big mess so don’t try it on the counter it’s just for the aesthetic honestly. Second, the dough will going to take time to transform so be patient and don’t worry about getting your hands messy. At the end I finished my recipe and it was delicious, thanks to this lovely woman. I love it I love it I love it. Love form Canada. It took me five hours and I didn’t need the pasta machine because I did it with my hand. I cut the pasta with a knife and I put more flour as I am slicing them. (Go see some videos on how to slice the pasta) For the bowling, it took me more than 2 min Usually give it some time to cook well.

Its very easy and intuitive actually!! If its made like the one she's using here, then you first have to slide the dough between the rolling uh... cylinders...? (english isnt my first language sorry) while rotating the lever to thin it. Theres a little wheel on the side that lets you choose how thin (or thick) you want it to be. Then you take the other part of the machine (the one that actually slices the dough into pasta), slot it on, move the lever from the hole on the main machine to the one on the "slicer" and repeat the process from before :^) hope this helps
@frank65514 жыл бұрын
