A question. When I am that relaxed,, my breathing is very shallow. When we are mentally chanting AUM, should I change my breath so that it's deeper and longer? Thank you for another deeply healing meditation.

Dont change your breath, just remain a witness to everything. Try as much as possible not to be involved or caught up with anything that is an object to your awareness, just stay with that presence of being totally aware. Awareness to the breath, awareness to the chanting of AUM, awareness to the three states of mind that AUM represents - and awareness to the Fourth Principle of pure consciousness that pervades all the three states of mind, yet is far beyond them. Awareness to pure awareness itself is the goal. While silently chanting AUM silently you can do it either in unison with the breath or you can remain passive and listen to my chanting only instead. Also some time when you are not doing yoga nidra, like after yogasana, try chanting AUM out loud with this same method of understanding. Thank you for listening!! Hari Om, Devatma
