I have been coming back to this yoga nidra over and over. As a yoga nidra student and fan, this is not only one of my more enjoyable ones, but it works. I feel better. I just sat and rested and did this for an hour! Not asleep, not napping taking it all in! Breathing, soothing myself💜💜💜 mind body and spirit I’m poorly atm but I’m getting better, I’m healing…… My body is Healing. all my cells feel so revitalised, and I feel so good right now 😊 from someone with an over active/thinking all the time mind, to sit in the middle of the day with things going on around me, but me in my eye mask with my earphones on I was totally transported somewhere else, starting this journey from the inside where I dared to explore and my body greeted me joyously it seems 😊😊 🙏🙏🙏🙏 my life had become very closed and shallow, I now feel totally totally different ☺️💕💕💕💕 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I started with yoga nidra guided for sleep from you and was really encouraged by your practice and look on your site to see what else you do. I’m a bit of a novice at this but I like it your voice and guidance is good that’s me subscribing xx

This was an excellent change up to my normal yoga nidra practice to return my nervous body, to a state of perfect relaxation and relief. Most welcome at a time when I was experiencing exhaustion from trying to continue perfect body harmony without the added benefit of my yoga nidra practice. This is good I like it. Especially the exhaling back to mommy poura :) lol I wonder why yoga nidra feels more effective with healing my body compared to regular meditation. I’m not sure the difference. Yoga nidra feels much easier too

I've had a really hard time remaining perfectly still because my legs hurt so bad and ache. It's been a long time since I studied or done any Yoga Nidra personally because of that, but I'm going to give it a go!

There is a yogasana called "Utthanasana (Squat And Rise Pose)" that is really great for stretching the muscles of the legs and preparing them for meditation/yoga nidra. If you do this asana before yoga nidra (preferably daily), you will notice a difference in the flexibility and circulation of the legs. There are a few other asanas that are good for preparing for meditation, as well. I will be instructing the students of the Integral Kriya Yoga 101 course how to do these postures, it would be great to have you join us there, Tree! Hi Teresa , put pillows under your knees n thighs you’ll know how many and where to position them because they’ll totally relieve your legs .... don’t play the tape until you’re really comfortable in bed, I’ve been playing the same yoga nidra a while now and it’s brilliant I sleep so deep and I’m feeling better... hope this helps ❤️

Every time I am with pains with is in my shoulders ands neck is very difficult if I do these nidra and the peace an tranquility how 🤔 really help me.I have these problem periodically dr don't help, but your sessions yes they help me! Loved this , I do yoga Nidra as part of my daily routine but nothing like this .. truly relaxing.. the only thing due to having ME and Lymes I found it difficult to lay still on my back as I ache most around the upper back and neck area 🙏

wow I just sat for this again. This really is an amazing yoga nigra🙏 I had to stop halfway through for a wee (I’m still quite poorly at the moment) but my bodily strength was immediately stronger and I returned to meditation for the second half. needed to use the loo again (I am poorly at present) and again I was a lot stronger in my body can I ask how often we should try to do this nigra??

I have been following your channel and doing Yog Nidra for last one month and enjoying it immensely. Thankyou for bringing this self healing practice to the millions in this world. I have query. When my pulse rate start dropping down, I find my palms rising up very gradually from the floor. The palms remain lifted from the floor few inches like this, through the rest of the session, till I start ending the session with faster breathing. Why is this happening ? Is this natural ? NK

Yes, these types of physical reactions are normal in the beginning, and therefore releasing trapped nervous energy. The body will have various ways of responding to this release of psycho-emotional energy. Best to not concern yourself too much with any sensations or physical reactions during Yoga Nidra, its a sign of purification. Hari Om Devatma
