You can tell she's holding back here... I mean i'm not criticising, this was 3 years ago and she was way more nervous on stage back then so it's completely understandable. But i'm just happy that she's become more confident and is letting herself go now :) Edit: it's been 2 years, I don't know why I wrote two comments saying basically the same thing 😂 maybe I forgot I wrote one. Eh I'll just leave them there.

@@weirdo66636 well, I think I remember her mentioning something about trying to keep her hands down because she didn't want to show herself fully expressing herself. And I think I remember writing this after finding that out. But I can't remember for sure whether she actually said it or if I just got that impression, or heard it from somebody else.

Since the first time I listened to her, really my perspective of this age totally changed, I love her and gives me hope for to to be a warrior in my dreams, and to have hope to the actual music that sometime I thought is just trash without the real sense of the meaning of music. Did she do any more songs here? Love that her voice is a bit louder than the guitar, its about as close to an isolated vocal track as I have found. Would love to hear more.

She's holding back! I can see! But this was ages ago anyways. I think she was trying to stop doing the things with her arms and hands and stuff and she was a little shy to put her all in, because i know she said she saw herself moving/dancing(?) and she thought 'never again'. But she's fine now. But anyways i think she was holding back in this one

ErinOcelotl :3 it's so sad because what really drew me to her was seeing her singing live on Tiny Desk and being totally enchanted by the way she moved. From then on I couldn't get enough. I'm glad she doesn't feel bad about it anymore

+Joy Trowell agree, she improved her voice control and her singing techniques. She used experience to actually learn, it proves that she is smart and intelligent. Her voice became magic, in this video it was not ready, but it was already great. And the songs she wrote are all excelent.
