Overtake button just makes the car more streamlined by disengaging the flaps (reducing drag) - great for long straights but don't use it on corners otherwise you'll just understeer into oblivion.

It would be extremely funny to do this, but you swap the models of the cars, so you get a 50mph top speed tomahawk and a red tiktak going 300mph in corners

There's a tging with the Tomahawk, if you brake late and hard while turning the down force can keep you in the turn longer and some tuns can be taken flat out.

Haha what a fun idea, and I especially noticed how quickly you lapped to Fiat 500 on the second time around, as the Fiat was fighting its way through the most feisty incline on the track. The long uphill flat out bit leading up to Bravery Corner and further on past the carousel must’ve taken forever for the little Fiat 😃

Quick math ... the Fiat probably needs 20 minutes for a lap, the Tomahawk in capable hands probably does it in 5, so my guess is 4. *edit* Both are a bit faster than estimated but still the same proportion, yay!

​@@Aurous9 I just estimated how fast the Fiat would go around and I knew that there wouldn't be much variation in speed due to low power, so everything's a straight. I only gave it 60 kph instead of well over 70, though. Luckily, I did also underestimate the Tomahawk - sub 4:30 is crazy!

you need to try this again and reduce the Fiats horsepower with a power restrictor, then it will actually become the slowest car

If I remember correctly, you can reduce the horsepower to between about 8-10, so it will be extremely slow 🐌

I do think the tomahawk is hybrid, therefore when the overtake is deployed it gets its electric motors to work. There’s a little battery indicator on the left that charges under braking and discharges when overtake option is used
