For the blisters inside your hands, clean with antibacterial soap like Hibiclens, apply some povidone-iodine like Betadine, then apply sterile gauze inside the hand, and wrap it. Take off the gauze and wrapping at night so the wounds dry. Repeat the next day. Should be fine in 2 weeks. 👌
@t.23383 жыл бұрын
Aquaphor bro - apply it several times a day and you'll be back on the bar in 2-3 days

What about foot blisters ?
@Pugrug. Жыл бұрын
Not ever use betadine on open wounds. It’s terrible for the underlying tissue and will definitely prolong the healing time. Just use soap and warm water, if not that, use benzalkonium chloride.
@carolemerle99959 ай бұрын
No, not Betadine. That stuff dries out your hands.

Austen never hit the walls with his foot first. Used upper body strength. Wow. On the monkey bars, the most important thing is to have a forward, controlled body swing. I use to be good at this type of thing. But now at 79 years old, when I get pumped up to go and do some type of exercise after watching these videos, I go and get a candy bar and rest, the feeling soon goes away .

You guys only did 3 obstacles... There's 9 total at the Rak playground. Now do all 9 of those obstacles 9 times while also running around the Rak pit after each completed obstacle. We call that the tourture course. Take around 1 hour to complete. It's even more fun when it's raining. 101st Screaming Eagles!!! 2-506th Currahee!!!

@Fatherofheroesandheroines2 жыл бұрын
I did this course wayyyy back in 2001. It was far harder back then, because you had an instructor screaming in your ear and doing pushups after every obstacle! I think they cut that part out, because the failure rate was HUGE back then. By the time I graduated, I HATED the words Air Assault lol.

That last obstacle, you called Michael's choice the harder one. I would very much disagree! Sure, his had a slope, but the middle beam, the one you chose, is the harder one because it's thicker and therefore requires much more grip strength and technique to hold onto. The middle one seems like it would feel like a sloper in rock climbing. I did rock climbing for a few years and slopers have always been an impossible endeavor for me.
