John, Glad they are helping Oliver, I didn't take a video of me taking the camshaft out unfortunately, but very straightforward. I just tapped it out, BUT do catch the centre roller bearings, something I totally forgot about, so now missing 1 out of 9, but thankfully they are available.

hi Geoff, with my Seven the oil pressure just went up, needle peeks to the right corner, could you advise your thoughts? might it be the relieve valve (which is really awkward installed....) is playing up on me?

MrPeter1954 Thanks for your kind remark. Engine rebuild will only start next year, as I have a lot of work to do to it. I'll be putting my experience of building my race engines I did when racing in the early '70s. Watch my space.
