Australian Swimming Trials is basically The Olympic Gold Medal Trials in a lot of cases! Swimming is basically THEIR National Olympic Sport! If you can beat an Australian, in the pool 9/10 you probably win Gold! 😮

I was disappointed with Emma's time in the 100 Fly when she died a very quick death over the last 25M. Based on this she won't be a threat in Paris and it would also kill our 4x100 medley hopes. Ariarne looked great, as did Kaylee. Pleasantly surprised with Sam Wiliamson's time. The 400m men need to find three seconds over the next 6 weeks to give themselves a chance of winning gold.
