Elite athletes, in my opinion. As a martial artist and osteopath I am in awe at what dancers' are capable of doing.....and making it look effortless.

How can the last exercise be done with a Theraband? Very interested as I haven’t be flexible as I am a dancer as I think it’s called psoas mine is very tight
